“When we first joined, now Club Wyndham back in 2004, we didn’t know how invaluable our investment would be. As we love Australia the best we have utilised our membership here the most in Queensland using Ramada in Port Douglas and Trinity Links resort in Cairns, both being wonderful resorts as there is much to see in both areas and wyndhams ever improving of quality upgrades to all resorts for owner enjoyment continues to surprise and delight us. We have experienced all over Victoria from Ballarat to Philip Island Ramada resort and also Lakes Entrance where the fishing is wonderful, down to Torquay and finally Melbourne hotel. We are looking forward to trying the new resort at the Peninsula. Once we traded our credits in for airfares to go to Perth to see family with no out of pocket expenses that trip! All stays were memorable which has had us going back to many of them time and time again. One of our highlights with an associate group we finally had our honeymoon and used our credits for a trip on princess cruises around New Zealand. Our ownership has given us much Joy over the years and we look forward to many years to come!”

Our Owner Services hours of operation have temporarily changed, as a result of staff absences due to isolation requirements of COVID-19. We will now close at 6pm Australian Eastern Standard Time so we can provide more support during the busier hours of the day.
If you have exhausted your annual Club housekeeping entitlement, you can proceed with your online reservation by selecting the ‘borrow housekeeping’ box prior to proceeding with your reservation.
If your reservation meets the minimum night requirements, a housekeeping token will be returned to your account the next business day. Alternatively you can call Owner Services to make the eligible booking using complimentary housekeeping.
Please note that Privileges complimentary housekeeping will only be awarded for an eligible stay once you have exhausted your annual Club housekeeping entitlement.
