ROOM BEDDING:

Hotel Japanese Style: The Hotel Japanese style room has traditional Japanese futons as bedding. Japanese futons are quilted sleeping pads that are filled with cotton or fiber that sit directly on the floor.

Western Style Bedding: The Hotel and Studio deluxe rooms have western bedding, consisting of 2x single beds that cannot be joined. A 3rd person can be accommodated at no extra charge in the studio deluxe, with a traditional Japanese futon provided for this 3rd person.

MEAL PLAN:

A mandatory fee for breakfast and dinner (which is part of the Ryokan experience) is payable for all stays at this resort (“F&B Fee”). The F&B Fee is calculated on a per person, per night basis and is payable in addition to the credits required for the accommodation. The fee is 6,000 Yen to be paid directly to the Resort at check-out or 1,200 vacation credits paid at the time of booking, per person, per night, for all guests 13 years or over (children under 12 years eat free). This is subject to change and any alteration will be posted here on the website.

If using credits, they must be valid for at least 6 months.   To pay the F&B Fee by credits, look for the Club Wyndham Chikumakan Nagano Meal Plan in the resort dropdown menu of the website, in the same way as you would search for the resort itself to make a reservation. Select this option, select the number of people who will staying, then book for the dates of your stay. We advise you make the booking for the F&B fee once your stay is confirmed.

ACTIVITIES:

    • Rental bikes are available for free
    • Traditional Geisha performances are available onsite. 20,000 JPY per Geisha. Minimum of two Geishas.

Guest Bookings: Please keep in mind that as the Owner you are responsible for your Guest’s complying with Club guidelines and regulations, your Guest’s behaviour whilst staying at the resort, and any outstanding charges resulting from Guest’s usage at the resort.

Wi-Fi is available at most resorts however it may incur additional charges. We recommend contacting the individual resort reception to find out more.

Pet policy: Pets are not allowed at most Club Wyndham or Ramada by Wyndham properties.  Exceptions apply in the case of hearing, mobility and/or vision impaired guests, please advise at time of booking if this applies, or those staying in dog friendly designated units at designated resorts see here for more information.
