“It started when i went to a presentation at Lutwyche for trend west and got 4 nites in Fiji at a resort so i rang and booked the stay as well as flights.The first hotel wasnt much good and it had a box aircon it wasnt trend west .After that we went to denaru island and the size of room and quality and friendly atmosphere really impreed me along with the size of the pool and the pool bar as well as the local area for sight seeing and i was totally amazed at how good it was.I had the greatest time ever in a really good resort so i made it my mission in life to join up when i went back home.Since then we have been to many other resorts and dispite the club changing its name a couple more times we kept going to many more resorts and even found one an hours drive from where we live along with tasmania and then to overseas destinations so now we are spoiled for choice and have upgraded our membership even travelling to the united states a few times i could not stay in those small dingy hotels again i need a resort perhaps im spoilt but i coudnt travel any other way now its the new normal”

Our Owner Services hours of operation have temporarily changed, as a result of staff absences due to isolation requirements of COVID-19. We will now close at 6pm Australian Eastern Standard Time so we can provide more support during the busier hours of the day.
If you have exhausted your annual Club housekeeping entitlement, you can proceed with your online reservation by selecting the ‘borrow housekeeping’ box prior to proceeding with your reservation.
If your reservation meets the minimum night requirements, a housekeeping token will be returned to your account the next business day. Alternatively you can call Owner Services to make the eligible booking using complimentary housekeeping.
Please note that Privileges complimentary housekeeping will only be awarded for an eligible stay once you have exhausted your annual Club housekeeping entitlement.
