CHECK IN: Check-in is from 3.30pm to 6pm on a Friday. Check-out is by 9.30 am on a Friday. If arriving after 6pm please contact the property directly and they will place the keys in a safe place to be collected on arrival

Monday to Thursday & Saturday: 8.30am to 12.30pm
Friday: 8.30am to 10am & 3.30pm to 6pm
Sunday: Closed

PARKING: One car park per unit onsite only. This is a very small resort and car parking can be tight to maneuver if you have a large vehicle.
ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING: One onsite EV charger available — pre-booking required via the office. Guests with electric vehicles must contact the resort manager before arrival to arrange access. Public EV chargers are also available in Queenstown.
COTS & HIGHHAIR REQUESTS: Please call the property directly, closer to your check-in date, to request this, or contact Owner Services Team to communicate your request with the property.
SERVICE & PET RESTRICTION: No daily maid service. No pets allowed.
ACCESSIBILITY: No wheelchair-friendly or disability-accessible units.
LIFESTYLE BENEFITS: This property is not managed by Wyndham therefore Lifestyle benefits do not apply.
BOOKINGS: All bookings must be made in 7-night blocks, with arrivals and departures on Friday only. Multiple reservations can be made by each Owner to build a stay of multiples of 7 nights, however a housekeeping fee applies to each 7-night booking and a room move may be required.
RESORT: Please note this resort is a traditional timeshare resort. The rooms and facilities are not managed by Club Wyndham South Pacific and may differ in quality to Club managed properties.
