Refurbishment
Stage 2 of the resort’s planned refurbishment will commence on Sunday, 2 February 2024 and will conclude on Friday, 11 April 2024. This includes first to third floors of the resort.
We would like to advise that during this time there will be contractors onsite, with some noise experienced during the above dates. Expected hours of work will be from 8am, with work conducted Monday to Friday only.

Manly Beach, an iconic 1.5 kilometre stretch of golden sand, is one of Australia’s most famous and – with its statuesque ranks of Norfolk pines from South to North Steyne – one of its most picturesque. Club Wyndham Manly beach is conveniently located just across the road from the renowned beach.
Manly Beach is a place for good, simple fun in Australia’s biggest city. Just do as the locals do: surf, skate, swim, snorkel, hike, kayak, play beach volleyball and eat.

General:
Does your reservation include an apartment move during your stay? The following guidelines apply:
- Guest is responsible for packing own belongings.
- Check out time for the first apartment is 12:00pm (noon).
- Guest may be unable to check into next apartment until 4:00pm. Luggage can be left at Reception.

To make the most of the surrounding area, a car is recommended. Discounted car rental rates are available through Travel by Wyndham. Please call 1300 850 160.
Limited cots and highchairs are available at the resorts for use during your stay. Please ensure these are requested at the time of booking and we recommend contacting the resort 24-48 hours prior to your check in to confirm your request.
NO KITCHENS: Please be aware that no rooms whatsoever at the Manly property have kitchens or kitchenettes. Your room is equipped with a kettle and tea/coffee facilities only. Rooms do not have any kitchen facilities at all. No toaster / Microwave / Bowls / Plates.
NO ONSITE RESTAURANT
CAR PARKING: There is limited parking available at this property at a cost of $40.00 (AUD) per vehicle, per night. There is a max height clearance of 1.8m. Parking cannot be reserved and is based on a first in first served basis. Once onsite parking is full the closest alternative is the Manly Council Carpark. Costs for overnight parking are from $53.50 (AUD) to $101.50 (AUD) per night. Alternately street parking is available *hourly charges may apply*
- A communal laundry is on Level 1. This is complimentary. No rooms at the property have in room laundry facilities.
- Reception operates 24 hours, seven days a week.

- BBQ facilities available from 7am through to 9pm
- 2x Outdoors pools and 1x outdoor spa is available from 7am through to 9pm
- A credit card imprint is required upon check-in.
- If requesting a cot, please note that the porta cot will be opened in the room, with sheets beside it for parents to make it as they wish. Cot blankets are not provided in the room, and Reception have limited blankets available. It is recommended that owners bring their own cot blankets to avoid inconvenience.
- Sofa bed will be made upon request, please notify at the time of booking if required
- Studio apartments are better suited for two adults and 2 children due to the compact size of the unit and sofa bed.
- One-bedroom apartments are better suited for two adults and two children due to the compact size of the unit and sofa bed.
- Wireless internet & Foxtel are available at the property.
Guest Bookings: Please keep in mind that as the owner you are responsible for your guests complying with Club guidelines and regulations, your guests’ behaviour whilst staying at the resort, and any outstanding charges resulting from guests’ usage at the resort.
Credit Card fees: From 1 September 2016 payments made by credit card for any charges incurred during your stay at a Club Wyndham resort will incur a credit card service fee of 0.9% in addition to the total amount payable.
Smoking policy: This is a smoke-free property. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property.
