Before You Go
Check-in Requirements: Effective from Monday, 12th July 2021, all owners/guests checking into CWSP Properties must present a photo ID (passport or driver’s license) upon check-in. The ID must match the reservation in the Hotel’s PMS (Property Management System) and the credit card provided. Guest Name: Guest names must be added to the reservation at the time of booking or prior to check-in. Only the Owner Services Team can add or amend a guest name. For changes, owners must contact Owner Services directly; resort staff will redirect calls for name amendments.
Nyepi Day Advisory (Bali): Nyepi (Day of Silence) in Bali starts at 6:00 AM and ends at 6:00 AM the next day.
Important Notes for Nyepi:
- Airport closed. No flights for 24 hours.
- No transport. Roads are empty and monitored.
- Shops, restaurants, and attractions closed.
- Guests must remain indoors.
- Lights dimmed, minimal noise observed.

Property Details:
- Location: The property is located on a remote beach on the south-western Bukit Peninsula of Bali, away from the hustle and bustle of Kuta.
- Room Types:
- The Studio Deluxe room type has a shared entry (which is lockable) with the 1-Bedroom Grand apartment.
- The 1-Bedroom Grand has an external staircase leading to the apartment, which may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues.
- Access: All apartments have at least one step leading to them. Some have access only via an external staircase, which may not be suitable for those with mobility issues.
- Laundry Service: Available through the resort (charges apply). Apartments do not have in-room laundry facilities, and there is no communal laundry.
Convenience:
- Convenience Store: The nearest store is a 10-minute drive from the resort.
- Passport & Visa: A passport with at least 6 months validity is required to enter Indonesia. No visa application is required.
- Rollaway Beds: A rollaway bed can be requested for all room types except the Deluxe Courtyard Studio, as it will restrict space. The cost is approximately IDR 300,000 per day, payable directly to the resort.
Transfers:
- It is advised that guests pre-book a transfer with the resort using their preferred supplier. The vehicle will transfer up to 4 people with luggage for approximately 302,500 IDR (approx. AUS $30).
- Additional vehicles can be booked for more people or a larger vehicle may be available on request (prices provided upon booking).
- Transfer Duration: Normally around 45 minutes, but can take up to 2+ hours depending on Bali traffic.

Guest Bookings: As the owner, you are responsible for your guest’s compliance with Club guidelines and regulations, as well as their behavior during their stay and any outstanding charges incurred.
Credit Card Fees:
- From 1st September 2016, payments made by credit card for charges incurred during your stay at a Club Wyndham resort will incur a 0.9% service fee in addition to the total amount payable.
- Credit card payments for Fun Time, Bonus Time, and One Time Credits bookings will incur a 1.5% service fee.
Wi-Fi: Wi-Fi is available at most resorts; however, it may incur additional charges. Please contact the resort reception for more information.

General Information:
- Apartment Moves: If your reservation includes an apartment move during your stay, please note the following:
- Guests are responsible for packing their own belongings.
- Check-out for the first apartment is 12:00 PM.
- Guests may not be able to check into the next apartment until 4:00 PM. Luggage can be left at reception.
- Reception staff cannot modify bookings to avoid apartment moves.
