CLUB WYNDHAM MISSION BEACH
We are pleased to announce that more apartments at Club Wyndham Mission Beach have been added to the club and are available for booking.

Note: Club Wyndham Mission Beach will be undergoing an exciting refurbishment project inspired by the vibrant marine life of the Great Barrier Reef. The project is currently planned for September to December 2025; however, this may extend into next year.
During this period, owner bookings will be in both pre and post refurbishment apartments, and there may be differences in their quality until the project is fully complete. During the refurbishment, there will be some tradespeople onsite and occasional noise may be experienced. We truly appreciate your understanding during this transformation at Club Wyndham Mission Beach.

NORTH AMERICAN INVENTORY UPDATE
We have recently received more questions around The Exchange Network (TEN) agreement which gives eligible Club Wyndham South Pacific owners access to WorldMark, The Club properties in the United States, Canada, Mexico and the Caribbean.
This benefit is provided by the Developer to Owners on vacation credits they acquired prior to 30 April 2010, and to members of the tiered benefits element of the Developer’s Lifestyle+ program on vacation credits acquired directly from the Developer (known as Lifestyle Qualified Credits).
The TEN agreement allows those owners to book available apartments in WorldMark, The Club resorts and, in return, eligible WorldMark, The Club owners can book at Club Wyndham South Pacific resorts. Owners utilising this cross-club exchange have an 11-month booking window, in order to allow owners the opportunity to book in the resorts of their home club first.
The objective of the team administering the TEN agreement is to achieve a long-term balance, where bookings one way balance with bookings the other way. This is fair to all owners of both clubs. This balance is achieved by monitoring booking trends and adjusting the inventory available for either group of owners as necessary.
Recently, many Club Wyndham South Pacific owners have queried why less inventory is showing available for immediate booking in the North American resorts. This is because Club Wyndham South Pacific bookings in WorldMark, The Club are exceeding bookings the other way. At least part of this is due to strong demand from Club Wyndham South Pacific owners for the 44 WorldMark, The Club apartments at Club Wyndham Denarau Island. Therefore, Worldmark, The Club has reduced the number of apartments available for immediate confirmation and will continue doing this until the balance readjusts.
However, if you’re eligible for this benefit and are interested in staying in a WorldMark, The Club resort, we strongly advise you to place a Waitlist, using the same method you would for a Club Wyndham South Pacific property. Many owners have been able to successfully book their stays through Waitlisting.

Wyndham Hua Hin Pranburi Resort & Villas
The Developer has extended the Associate Resort* contract for Wyndham Hua Hin Pranburi Resort & Villas until 31 December 2026.
Wyndham Hua Hin Pranburi is a serene, family-friendly resort set on 20 lush acres between two charming fishing villages facing the Gulf of Thailand, and about a four-hour drive from Bangkok. Surrounded by natural beauty, the resort offers you privacy and a wealth of amenities, including expansive outdoor pools, a luxurious spa, and a fully equipped fitness centre. Sports enthusiasts can enjoy tennis and pickleball courts, beach volleyball, an archery range, and a unique surf-themed skateboard park.

Wyndham Garden Sapporo Odori
The Developer has extended the Associate Resort contract of Wyndham Garden Sapporo Odori until 31 August 2026.
Located in the heart of Sapporo, Wyndham Garden Sapporo is a modern hotel within walking distance of popular attractions like Odori Park, Tanukikoji Shopping Street, and Sapporo TV Tower. The hotel features amenities, including a 24-hour front desk, a restaurant and bar called NY Pizza and Buffalo Wings by Phoenix.

Wyndham Garden Kuta Beach Bali
The Developer has added Wyndham Garden Kuta Beach Bali as an Associate Resort until 31 December 2026.
Located just steps from the renowned Kuta Beach, Wyndham Garden Kuta Beach offers tropical modern rooms and suites with stunning ocean and pool views. The resort features two outdoor pools including a children’s pool, a rooftop spa with panoramic ocean vistas, a casual dining restaurant, bar, and café for relaxed beachfront living.
The hotel is a perfect base for both beach lovers and those wanting to explore Bali’s cultural and nightlife scenes, with the airport less than 20 minutes away by car.

*Please note: Wyndham Hua Hin Pranburi, Wyndham Garden Sapporo and Wyndham Garden Kuta Beach are Associate Resorts. Associate Resorts are made available to Club Wyndham South Pacific Premier owners by the Developer, Travel and Leisure Australia. Associate Resorts are not part of Club Wyndham South Pacific and are not owned by the Developer. Rather, the Developer has entered into agreements, which enable Premier Owners to stay in specific apartments at Associate Resorts using their vacation credits. Associate Resorts are offered to owners during a contracted period only and like all Developer benefits, can be added or removed and are subject to change at any time. Booking windows vary, depending on Lifestyle membership and tier.

Wednesdays at Club Wyndham Sydney just got a whole lot more exciting! Starting 1 October, our regular Owner Meet and Greet sessions will move to a new schedule – every Wednesday from 5 to 6pm at all club-managed resorts.
The new schedule will give you more chance to unwind and connect after check-in or your day’s adventures. Enjoy refreshing drinks and lively conversations as you relax and mingle with fellow owners before starting your dinner or evening plans.

If you have exhausted your annual Club housekeeping entitlement, you can proceed with your online reservation by selecting the ‘borrow housekeeping’ box prior to proceeding with your reservation.
If your reservation meets the minimum night requirements, a housekeeping token will be returned to your account the next business day. Alternatively you can call Owner Services to make the eligible booking using complimentary housekeeping.
Please note that Privileges complimentary housekeeping will only be awarded for an eligible stay once you have exhausted your annual Club housekeeping entitlement.
