As we enter the final months of 2022, our property development team is drawing close to wrapping up some of the projects taking place at your club resorts.
This Resort Report will look at the latest from Club Wyndham Dunsborough and Club Wyndham Melbourne, where work will carry into next year, but first, we are pleased to announce a new addition to the Associate Resort program.
Zenmaya Oceanfront Phuket, offers a prime position overlooking the Andaman Sea and the chance to experience one of the trendiest boutique hotels in Thailand. Just five minutes’ drive from Patong Beach, it is the perfect launch pad to explore Phuket’s lush mountains, white sand beaches and network of beautiful water caves.
The resort features an outdoor infinity pool and four others shared between select rooms and suites, onsite gym, concierge services and complimentary Wi-Fi. Onsite restaurant Zeascape Restaurant and Bar offers Thai dishes with a modern twist and charcoal barbecued fresh seafood, and is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. You can also enjoy daily sunset cocktail hour and pool or billiards every day on the hotel’s huge open air deck!

The Associate Resort program offers Club Wyndham South Pacific owners the ability to use vacation credits to stay in the following rooms:
Club Wyndham South Pacific owners are able to make reservations at the Associate Resort from 9am on Wednesday, November 2. This agreement runs until October 31, 2023.
Associate Resorts are not a benefit of club ownership, but a benefit extended by the Developer, Wyndham Destinations Asia Pacific, and are subject to terms and conditions set by the Developer, which include six months’ validity of credits and longer booking windows for higher Lifestyle tier levels.
This resort is managed by a subsidiary of Wyndham Destinations International, a sister company of the Developer, Wyndham Destinations Asia Pacific.
Club Wyndham South Pacific owners will now have access to an additional two standard twin rooms at this Associate Resort until 31 August, 2023. To find out more about this exciting addition and the destination’s status as a snow capital, check out the previous announcement here.
Refurbishment is planned for all 82 of the club’s Dunsborough apartments, and four out of the eight blocks at the resort are due to be completed by the end of the year. The project is expected to continue past the first few months of 2023 and we will provide further updates as we receive detail, or in the event any ongoing works affect bookings.
Supply chain issues have not been completely rectified so we are still waiting for the remaining furnishings for final fit-out, however, here is an example of one of the model Studio Deluxe apartments.
The refurbishment of all 85 apartments at Club Wyndham Melbourne is underway. This refurbishment will occur in two parts and include new paint, furniture, bedding and window furnishings, with custom-designed carpets and ceiling fans to also be installed. Elegant pendant lighting will be a design point of difference in the Grand and Presidential apartments.
The apartments will look like the artist’s impressions below. Most of them have undergone some level of refurbishment this year and this is expected to conclude in the first half of next year.

Our Owner Services hours of operation have temporarily changed, as a result of staff absences due to isolation requirements of COVID-19. We will now close at 6pm Australian Eastern Standard Time so we can provide more support during the busier hours of the day.
If you have exhausted your annual Club housekeeping entitlement, you can proceed with your online reservation by selecting the ‘borrow housekeeping’ box prior to proceeding with your reservation.
If your reservation meets the minimum night requirements, a housekeeping token will be returned to your account the next business day. Alternatively you can call Owner Services to make the eligible booking using complimentary housekeeping.
Please note that Privileges complimentary housekeeping will only be awarded for an eligible stay once you have exhausted your annual Club housekeeping entitlement.
