As we step into the third quarter of the year, exciting new opportunities await you at your club. In this resort report, we highlight the latest additions to your club’s inventory, provide updates on your WorldMark, The Club access, and showcase the stunning transformation at one of your favourite resorts.
We’re pleased to announce that the first apartments at Club Wyndham Mission Beach will be added to the club and available for booking!
Mission Beach is a secluded destination between Townsville and Cairns in North Queensland, a laidback place where you can find your own private patch on the sand or explore some of the Tropical North’s best natural attractions without the competition from tourists.
This is a new place to put on your bucket list, offering:
• Dunk Island and its pristine snorkelling sites
• A close access point to the Great Barrier Reef (just 40km offshore)
• The 9,000 square kilometre UNESCO World Heritage Listed Wet Tropics
• The mountain bike and hiking trails of the nearby Djiru National Park
• The Insta-famous magnesium-rich Cardwell Pool Spa
• Some of Australia’s best rapids at the Tully River
• Skydiving over picturesque coastline
The following rooms will be available for booking from 11am Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) on Tuesday, 1 July:
• 2 x loft suites, with partial kitchen including cooktop (sleeps two)
• 3 x 1-bedroom Deluxe, with microwave and bar fridge (sleeps four)
• 4 x studio Deluxe (sleeps two)
• 1 x studio Deluxe accessible (sleeps two)
The Responsible Entity, Wyndham Vacation Clubs South Pacific Ltd, has determined that the accommodation is of the standard required to become part of the club; however, all apartments and some common areas are undergoing a refurbishment at the cost of the Developer to further elevate the experience.
The resort website will show pre- and post-refurbishment inclusions for the apartments. The project will expand the maximum occupancy of the loft suites to four; add a toaster, kettle and microwave to the studios; and give the 1-bedroom Deluxe apartments a sink and full fridge.

We would like to clarify access arrangements to WorldMark, The Club properties after several owners expressed that they could not find availability in certain American properties.
As most owners would be aware, WorldMark, The Club resorts are made eligible to Club Wyndham South Pacific owners through the Exchange agreement between the club Developer and its US parent company.
Access is provided to:
• Premier Owners from 30 April 2010 or prior, using credits they acquired prior to that date and any qualified for use in the Lifestyle Benefits program since
• Lifestyle by Wyndham members qualified to use the Benefits program
The objective of the team administrating the TEN agreement is to achieve a long-term balance, where Club Wyndham South Pacific bookings in WorldMark, The Club, balance with WorldMark, The Club bookings in Club Wyndham South Pacific. Bookings can be made 11 months in advance, making balance a challenge at every point in time, but a manageable one in the long-term.
The inventory team ensures this long-term balance by adjusting the inventory available for either group of owners.
Recently, Club Wyndham South Pacific bookings in WorldMark, The Club properties have exceeded the flow the other way – mainly due to strong bookings of the Club Wyndham Denarau Island apartments held by WorldMark, The Club. The US-held rooms at this property were made available to Club Wyndham South Pacific owners a few years ago and had been infrequently available prior to this.
While some WorldMark, The Club properties no longer appear in general availability, these properties can still be Waitlisted and the WorldMark, The Club team will check demand and match requests while observing the balance.
The inventory accessible to either owner base is under constant review and we may see these properties return to general availability in the near future. Because the inventory available is tweaked on a regular basis, we do not generally announce the changes but have chosen to provide clarification in this instance due to the number of resorts affected.
Eligible owners and Lifestyle members will continue to retain access to the TEN. The TEN has not been fundamentally changed and is still due to expire on 2 November 2026, unless extended beyond this date.
ASSOCIATE RESORT EXTENSION
We’re excited to announce the Developer has extended the associate contract of Ramada by Wyndham VetroBlu Scarborough as an Associate Resort* until 31 March 2026.
Premier owners can book the following room types:
• One-bedroom Business Apartment (sleeps 2)
• Two-bedroom Business Apartment (sleeps 4)
Ramada VetroBlu Scarborough Beach is situated in the heart of Scarborough’s lively entertainment precinct, just a stroll from the iconic Scarborough Beach in Western Australia. Guests enjoy sweeping views of the coastline and breathtaking sunsets, making it an ideal destination for both leisure and business travellers. The hotel is conveniently located near Perth’s CBD and is steps away from the Scarborough Beach Transit Hub, offering easy access to public transport and major attractions. The resort offers a gym, communal laundry facilities and parking.

ASSOCIATE RESORT UPDATE – AYODYA RESORT BALI
Ayodya Resort Bali* has recently informed the Developer that it will not be accepting bookings through the Associate Resort program for a period of over two months.
This is permissible under the contract between the club Developer and the resort. The flexibility accorded to both parties within the contract has enabled the broad range of inventory through the Associate Resort program. To avoid further disruption to owners, the Developer has temporarily taken Ayodya Resort Bali offline for further bookings.
Premier Owners have access to numerous other options for reservations in Bali, including Merusaka Nusa Dua, Vivara Jimbaran Bali, Lumbini Luxury Villa and Spas and Wyndham Tamansari Jivva Resort Bali.
We thank you for your understanding. We do not have reason to believe there will be similar challenges at other Associate Resorts.
*Please note: Ramada VetroBlu Scarborough Beach and Ayodya Resort Bali are Associate Resorts. Associate Resorts are made available to Club Wyndham South Pacific Premier owners by the Developer, Travel and Leisure Australia. Associate Resorts are not part of Club Wyndham South Pacific and are not owned by the Developer. Rather, the Developer has entered into agreements, which enable Premier Owners to stay in specific apartments at Associate Resorts using their vacation credits. Associate Resorts are offered to owners during a contracted period only and like all Developer benefits, can be added or removed and are subject to change at any time. Booking windows vary, depending on Lifestyle membership and tier.

We are excited to share the exciting transformation of 24 holiday apartments and hotel rooms at Club Wyndham Marcoola Beach, now beautifully refurbished in a classic coastal theme.
