Travel Exchange* Now Available
Travel Exchange allows Lifestyle Gold, Platinum and 100 Club members to travel further, offering curated travel packages available to be booked using Lifestyle Qualified Credits. Travel Exchange packages are provided and serviced by third party holiday provider, Our Vacation Centre.

Your Lifestyle by Wyndham website and mobile app will link you to the Travel Exchange website where you can browse available packages and start planning your next adventure. Eligible members can also contact Our Vacation Centre directly to discuss options for booking.

The number of Lifestyle Qualified Vacation Credits required for Travel Exchange benefits will vary depending on the package offered and on the member’s tier. There is no fixed exchange rate, so the value between packages may vary – however, there is no requirement for any cash component provided eligible members have sufficient Lifestyle Qualified Credits.

Members of all three eligible tiers will be able to exchange their accrued and current Lifestyle Qualified Credits (not borrowed credits) subject to the following limits for each anniversary year:
Lifestyle Gold: up to 60,000 Lifestyle Qualified Credits
Lifestyle Platinum: up to 90,000 Lifestyle Qualified Credits
100 Club: up to 150,000 Lifestyle Qualified Credits

Bookings can be made with a combination of Lifestyle Qualified Credits and up to 40% of the booking value in cash if a member does not have enough Lifestyle Qualified Credits to cover the booking.

To redeem this benefit:

1. Log into your Lifestyle account and navigate to your Travel Exchange benefit
2. Click Redeem Benefit to be directed to the Travel Exchange website
3. Browse the range of packages and inclusions
4. Use the site to submit an online enquiry or contact Our Vacation Centre directly on the phone number displayed on the website
5. Our Vacation Centre will contact you and process your booking
6. Your Club Wyndham South Pacific account will reflect the transaction soon after, usually on the following business day

Our Vacation Centre is an external partner of Wyndham Destinations Asia Pacific, meaning that an exchange cannot be reversed once it has occurred. You will need to contact Our Vacation Centre if you have any queries on the packages or would like to amend what you have purchased.

If your Travel Exchange package requires more Lifestyle Qualified Credits than you can provide, the difference can be paid in cash. The amount of cash that can be used towards a Travel Exchange package will vary with each Travel Exchange package and will be confirmed by OVC at the time of booking.
