About Club Wyndham Dinner Plain
Welcome to the Victorian High Country’s great outdoors! In winter, enjoy a white-capped playground perfect for skiing or snowboarding, and, as the snows thaws, try hiking or mountain biking through this Aussie wilderness.
It’s only a 15-minute drive from Club Wyndham Dinner Plain to Mt Hotham’s award-winning ski resort. The village also offers a beginner slope and a tube park, there are cross-country ski trails locally, or try a sled ride pulled by some enthusiastic huskies.
Once the snow thaws, make sure you visit again for rugged alpine hiking, mountain bike trails, horse riding tracks and the legendary Geebungs vs Cuff n Collars polo match.
Club Wyndham Dinner Plain offers a range of accommodation, from hotel rooms (perfect if you’re going to be out all the time) to one to four-bedroom chalets equipped with ample space, kitchens and laundry facilities, designed with the traditional charm of the stockmen’s huts dotting the region.

Travel to Dinner Plain: If you have not driven to Dinner Plain before it is strongly recommended to travel during daylight hours and review the Alpine forecast before departing. During weather events the Alpine Road can be closed for long periods of time during the day so travel prepared with warm clothing, food and water for the trip. We recommend travelling to the resort via Omeo as it is the smoother and safer drive, especially during the winter months.

Car Parking: Free, open air. No height restrictions as all parking is open air. First-come-first-serve at reception, most chalets have designated parking out front Overflow car parking and oversized vehicles (caravans, trailers etc) located @ Beginners Slope, a 5-minute walk from reception.
WiFi: Available and without charge – (NBN available in Chalets) Hotel rooms should contact reception for Wifi
Elevators: No Elevators at Resort – if ground floor apartment is required in the lodge, a ground floor must be booked.
Spa: Open from 8am – 7pm daily
Grocery Service: Available at selected resorts, click https://vegitation.com.au/ to find out more.
Smoking policy: Owners and/or guests are able smoke in the designated smoking areas or on their apartment balconies, if they have one. You cannot smoke in your room at any time and, when smoking on a balcony, the door must be closed – you will be liable for an additional cleaning fee if smoke affects the inside of the room. Please consider other club owners and guests and try to smoke in a way where there is minimal or no chance of affecting others.
Spa Pools: A large outdoor spa is available on a booking only basis 7 days a week complimentary for Club Members, please contact our friendly staff to make a booking.
Accessibility: Rooms and Chalets are not reccommended to guests with disabilities, most have either internal or external staircases being in the Alpine Region.
Cots and highchairs: Limited cots and highchairs are available at the resorts for use during your stay. Please ensure these are requested at the time of booking and we recommend contacting the resort 24-48 hours prior to your check in to confirm your request.
Laundry: Available for Hotel Rooms and all chalets.
Pet policy – Dogs under the size of 12kg are allowed at Club Wyndham Seven Mile Beach. For more information please see the link here. Other pets are not allowed at any Club Wyndham, Ramada by Wyndham or Associate property except in the case of hearing, mobility or vision-impaired guests. Please advise at time of booking if this applies.
Special Need Dogs: If travelling with a guide dog within the Alpine Shire Council region, registered guide dogs and their owners need to have valid ID with them at all times. A visitor permit is not required for guide dogs.
IMPORTANT: We recommend checking the weather forecast and the Mt Hotham website to determine local conditions before you travel. You can also check out the Mt Hotham web cams to see local conditions live. We also recommend you check the VicTraffic app or website for current road conditions, and only travel if it safe to do so. If snow is predicted at any time of the year, you must arrange to carry snow chains and be able to fit them when required. If you are ever stranded in the snow or at a road closure please dial 000.
Effective from 12th July 2021, all owners/guests checking into CWSP Properties MUST present photo ID in the form of a passport or driver’s license upon check-in. The ID must match the reservation in the Hotel’s PMS (Property Management System) and credit card provided. Guest name MUST be added to the reservation at time of booking, or prior to check-in. Only the Owner Services Team can add or amend a guest name. If owners call a resort to ask for a change to guest name, they will be redirected to Owner Services.c

This offer is suited for singles and couples who are married, engaged or in a relationship and sharing residence who:
If single
have a minimum annual income of AUD$75,000 per annum for Australian residents or NZD$75,000 per annum for New Zealand residents; and
are between the ages of 25-72 years of age; or
If married, engaged or in a relationship and sharing residence

THE PRESENTATION

PENALTY CHARGE – FULL PACKAGE PRICE DETAILS

CONSENT

CANCELLATION POLICY
Packages including any upgrade fees, additional nights or seasonal surcharges are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another name. Rescheduling outside of 7 days from check-in will incur a $50 fee to be charged at the time of rescheduling. A maximum of 1 reschedules allowed per reservation. Rescheduling or cancellations are not permitted within 7 days of check-in. A no-show on the check-in date and non-attendance or failure to complete the sales presentation, will incur a Penalty Charge being the full accommodation cost, which will be automatically charged to your credit card.

HEALTH IMMIGRATION
You should familiarise yourself with any health or visa requirements that may be applicable in the areas you intend on visiting. You are responsible for all exit, entry, health and other documents required by laws, regulations, orders, demands or requirements of the countries visited or transited. Each person shall carry a valid passport at all times. Kindly note that passport and visa requirements are not our responsibility or that of your travel consultant and Travel by Wyndham is not liable for any loss or expense due to a passenger’s failure to comply with the above. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
