We regret to inform you that the reopening of Club Wyndham Dreamland Bali, Indonesia, has been further delayed.
We previously advised you of the unforeseen challenges facing the property in an email sent to all Club Wyndham South Pacific owners in July, which you can read online here.
At this time, the joint venture parties (“JV Owners”) have not been able to reach an agreement and we must further delay the reopening of the resort.
While this is a disappointing development, our Owner Services team has been proactive in supporting owners who were expecting to stay at the property in the coming months.
Future bookings at Club Wyndham Dreamland Bali
We have placed a block on new bookings at Club Wyndham Dreamland Bali with check-in dates on or before March 31, 2023 – extending the block from the original date of January 31, 2023, by two months. This is to minimise the number of owners affected in the event of an ongoing closure.
Bookings can be made at the club’s associate resort, Wyndham Tamansari Jivva Resort Bali, by Club Wyndham South Pacific Premier owners wanting to explore Bali while the property remains closed.

There is no need to call the Owner Services team directly; they will progressively work through the owners affected based upon their travel dates.
If you are travelling to Bali, Owner Services will send you a link through email for you to complete to let us know your decision. This must be completed at least seven days from your departure at the latest. Flights to Bali are in high demand so we also recommend you check or book your flights prior to confirming your booking.
We are providing you as much notice as possible so that you can make the right decision for you. Alternative accommodation options will be withdrawn once Club Wyndham Dreamland Bali reopens.
We thank you for your patience and we assure you that we are exploring every avenue in order to achieve the reopening of Club Wyndham Dreamland Bali as quickly as possible.

Our Owner Services hours of operation have temporarily changed, as a result of staff absences due to isolation requirements of COVID-19. We will now close at 6pm Australian Eastern Standard Time so we can provide more support during the busier hours of the day.
If you have exhausted your annual Club housekeeping entitlement, you can proceed with your online reservation by selecting the ‘borrow housekeeping’ box prior to proceeding with your reservation.
If your reservation meets the minimum night requirements, a housekeeping token will be returned to your account the next business day. Alternatively you can call Owner Services to make the eligible booking using complimentary housekeeping.
Please note that Privileges complimentary housekeeping will only be awarded for an eligible stay once you have exhausted your annual Club housekeeping entitlement.
