This year has brought many unexpected challenges both to Club Wyndham South Pacific owners personally and also in the operation of the Club.
Throughout the year, our operational and finance teams have worked prudently to minimise the Club’s costs and have had many successes, which enabled us to deliver a partial levy credit for two months earlier in the year when Club resorts were forced to close.
Throughout the year we have been continually updating financial forecasts and working hard to minimise Club expenditure. As we approach the end of the financial year for the Club, I am pleased to advise that the Club is in a position to apply a further credit to your levies account which will equate to 35 per cent of the levy charge for the month of December. This credit will be applied against your next levies payment – if you pay on a monthly basis, that will be in January.
Annual levies are designed to ensure the upkeep and maintenance of your Club properties and the ongoing operation of the Club, which is a not-for-profit entity and a self-sustaining, distinct entity from Wyndham Destinations Asia Pacific.
In the coming days, you will receive your annual levy statement for 2021. Each year, levies are determined by the estimated annual operating budget of the Club. This coming year, levies will increase by only 1.5 per cent on the 2020 levy and housekeeping fees (for any housekeeping tokens required over and above your annual allocation) will remain as at the 2020 prices.
Historically, this is one of the lowest increases in the last 5 years and the first time housekeeping has remained stationary in more than a decade.
Our club and leadership teams have always been careful about the allocation of levies and the importance of this has never been greater in setting this budget. We have been able to reduce a number of expenses for the coming year, but some – particularly energy, body corporate costs and insurances – have unfortunately increased and are outside our control.
Thank you for your understanding and patience over the course of this year and we look forward to providing you with even better Club experiences in 2021.

The digital version of the 2021/22 Resort Directory is now available at your Club Wyndham South Pacific website, here. If you requested a printed copy, it is in the mail and should arrive within days.
This year, the directory does not include Associate Resorts, as the usage of these resorts was suspended at the time of publication (and still is suspended). Associate Resorts are solely Developer benefits and can be added or removed at any time. This edition of the Resort Directory includes the North American resorts available to eligible Club Wyndham South Pacific owners and owners with Privileges membership through The Exchange Network (TEN) agreement.
