An email from Senior Vice President Operations, Warren Cullum, last week provided guidance that we expected the widely publicised third wave of COVID-19 may eventually impact our staffing levels or disrupt our supply chains.
Unfortunately, a number of our Owner Services staff have recently been taken ill and we regret to inform you that Owner Services hours will be temporarily reduced. We have opted to continue staffing our opening hours to our usual levels, rather than try and spread fewer staff over the entire day.
From Monday, 8 August 2022 to Sunday, 21 August 2022, Owner Services hours will be:
This represents a reduction of two hours every week day.
After the two weeks, week day hours will return to 7am to 9pm AEST.
We apologise for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding. This is a temporary measure and we look forward to serving you in our full capacity again soon.
