Manly Beach, an iconic 1.5 kilometre stretch of golden sand, is one of Australia’s most famous and – with its statuesque ranks of Norfolk pines from South to North Steyne – one of its most picturesque. Club Wyndham Manly beach is conveniently located just across the road from the renowned beach.

Manly Beach is a place for good, simple fun in Australia’s biggest city. Just do as the locals do: surf, skate, swim, snorkel, hike, kayak, play beach volleyball and eat.

**NO KITCHENS: Please be aware that no rooms whatsoever at the Manly property have kitchens or kitchenettes. Your room is equipped with a kettle and tea/coffee facilities only. Rooms do not have any kitchen facilities at all. No toaster / Microwave / Bowls / Plates.

**NO ONSITE RESTAURANT

**CAR PARKING: There is limited parking available at this property at a cost of $40.00 (AUD) per vehicle, per night. There is a max height clearance of 1.8m. Parking cannot be reserved and is based on a first in first served basis. Once onsite parking is full the closest alternative is the Manly Council Carpark. Costs for overnight parking are from $53.50 (AUD) to $101.50 (AUD) per night. Alternately street parking is available *Hourly Charges may apply*

  • A communal laundry is on level 1. This is complimentary. No rooms at the property have in room laundry facilities.
  • Reception operates 24 hours, seven days a week.
  • Complimentary activities are available, please see reception for details.
  • BBQ Facilities available from 7:00am through to 9:00pm
  • 2x Outdoors Pools and 1x Outdoor Spa is available from 7:00am through to 9:00pm
  • A credit card imprint is required upon check-in.
  • If requesting a cot, please note that the porta cot will be opened in the room, with sheets beside it for parents to make it as they wish. Cot blankets are not provided in the room, and Reception have limited blankets available. It is recommended that owners bring their own cot blankets to avoid inconvenience.
  • Sofa Bed’s will be made upon request, please notify at the time of booking if required
  • Studio apartments are better suited for 2 adults & 2 children due to the compact size of the unit and sofa bed.
  • One Bedroom apartments are better suited for 2 adults & 2 children due to the compact size of the unit and sofa bed.
  • Wireless Internet & Foxtel are available at the property.

 

  • Guest Bookings: Please keep in mind that as the Owner you are responsible for your Guest’s complying with Club guidelines and regulations, your Guest’s behaviour whilst staying at the resort, and any outstanding charges resulting from Guest’s usage at the resort.

Credit Card fees: From 1 September 2016 payments made by credit card for any charges incurred during your stay at a Club Wyndham resort will incur a Credit Card Service Fee of 0.9% in addition to the total amount payable.

Smoking policy: This is a smoke-free property. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property.

Pets: Pets are not allowed at most Club Wyndham or Ramada by Wyndham properties.  Exceptions apply in the case of hearing, mobility and/or vision impaired guests, please advise at time of booking if this applies, or those staying in dog friendly designated units at designated resorts see here for more information.

General:

Does your reservation include an apartment move during your stay? The following guidelines apply:

  • Guest is responsible for packing own belongings.
  • Check out time for the first apartment is 12:00pm (noon).
  • Guest may be unable to check into next apartment until 4:00pm. Luggage can be left at Reception.
  • Reception staff are unable to modify bookings to avoid apartment moves. If you have any enquiries, please contact your Owner Services Team on 1300 850 160 (AU), 0800 850 160 (NZ), or 008 003 263 (FJ)

To make the most of the surrounding area, a car is recommended. Discounted car rental rates are available through Travel by Wyndham. Please call 1300 850 160.

Limited cots and highchairs are available at the resorts for use during your stay. Please ensure these are requested at the time of booking and we recommend contacting the resort 24-48 hours prior to  your check in to confirm your request.
