You will soon be able to download your annual levies notice from your owner dashboard, and we understand you may have questions. Our Owner Information team is at your service to explain the role your levies play.
What are Annual Levies?
Your annual levies equate to your portion of the Club’s annual operating costs. For a moment, just imagine your Club Wyndham South Pacific ownership is a holiday home. Annual levies represent your contribution towards the upkeep and maintenance, insurance and taxes of this home.
What do Annual Levies cover?
Annual levies are crucial for carrying out refurbishments, maintenance, operations, and more at Club Wyndham South Pacific properties:
Club Wyndham South Pacific operates on a not-for-profit basis, that is, the Club itself does not retain any profit or gain and the annual levies go towards all annual outgoings. You can find more information on how your annual levies is expended in the 2025 Club Budget, which will also be available to view on your owner dashboard.

Where can I find/pay my Levies?
Login to the Club Wyndham South Pacific website from 1 December using your owner login.
Once you’re on the Owner Dashboard, click on “My Account” to view or download a PDF file of your 2025 Annual Levies.
If you need to make a payment or update your payment details, you can do so by using the Setup / Modify Autopay or Make a Payment links.
It’s important to pay your annual levies on time to maintain your club ownership benefits, such as making new reservations and preserving your existing stays. Failure to pay may result in restrictions and further actions to recover the club’s funds.
Tip: You can find information about how your levies are calculated on your Owner Dashboard by going to the Help Centre section under Finance and Levies. It is also contained in the current Product Disclosure Statement.

Our Owner Services hours of operation have temporarily changed, as a result of staff absences due to isolation requirements of COVID-19. We will now close at 6pm Australian Eastern Standard Time so we can provide more support during the busier hours of the day.
If you have exhausted your annual Club housekeeping entitlement, you can proceed with your online reservation by selecting the ‘borrow housekeeping’ box prior to proceeding with your reservation.
If your reservation meets the minimum night requirements, a housekeeping token will be returned to your account the next business day. Alternatively you can call Owner Services to make the eligible booking using complimentary housekeeping.
Please note that Privileges complimentary housekeeping will only be awarded for an eligible stay once you have exhausted your annual Club housekeeping entitlement.
