The refurbishment of all 21 club apartments, plus the lobby and corridors, at Club Wyndham Perth has started in April. The new design of hotel apartments is inspired by Perth’s urban surrounds and emphasises sleekness and simplicity. The project includes fresh paint, new carpet, bathroom vanity units, furniture, bedside lighting, and window furnishings. The refurbishment is expected to conclude in late July.

Club Wyndham Coffs Harbour is scheduled to undergo refurbishment in May. All 60 apartments at Club Wyndham Coffs Harbour will be freshly painted, and the floor tiles in kitchen and living areas will be replaced with vinyl flooring. The apartments will also have patterned carpet in the bedrooms, new window furnishings, new furniture and beds and larger fridges, and more storage space will be created.

Upcoming Refurbishments

• Club Wyndham Marcoola Beach – slated from July

• Club Wyndham Coffs Harbour – Terraces – slated from August

We look forward to providing you with more updates on the progress of these projects.

One of the advantages of vacation ownership is that apartments continue to be refurbished on a regular cycle to keep accommodation feeling modern and fresh. These projects are one of the many facets of the club which are funded by annual levies.
