This Resort Report provides you with some important updates on new club rooms available now for bookings and the Club Developer’s associate resort contract extension.
We are pleased to announce that the club has added more apartments at Club Wyndham Melbourne and Club Wyndham Chikumakan Nagano in Japan.

Club Wyndham Melbourne is located in the heart of Melbourne’s vibrant nightlife and thriving cultural scene. The hotel has a 24-hour reception, rooftop heated swimming pool, barbecue area, library, gym and ground floor retail and dining precinct. The hotel is also within walking distance of theatres, sporting stadiums, shopping centres, and some of Australia’s most awarded restaurants.

Club Wyndham Nagano Onsen
Club Wyndham Chikumakan Nagano is a ryokan resort – a traditional Japanese property with offerings including breakfast and dinner meticulously prepared from local ingredients, either Western or traditional Japanese futon bedding, tatami flooring, cultivated gardens and indoor and outdoor onsen with natural hot spring water renowned for its skin rejuvenation and healing properties. Many travellers who stay at a ryokan consider it the best part of their holiday.
This resort also features a spacious contemporary dining room with multiple private dining areas, a snack bar, several open plan resting spaces, and three banqueting halls that can cater for groups up to 130.

Plan your New Zealand getaway at Ramada Suites by Wyndham Nautilus Orewa. Situated off Hibiscus Coast Highway, the resort offers facilities including onsite restaurants, a barbecue area, a fitness centre, free parking, an outdoor pool and a sauna.
Located just a short walk from the resort, Orewa Beach boasts a range of fantastic shops, bars, and restaurants, as well as great surf and fishing spots. Golf enthusiasts can choose from several courses, including Whangaparaoa Golf Club, Wainui Golf Club, and Gulf Harbour Country Club. Additionally, Auckland’s Adventure Park is situated nearby, providing visitors with even more entertainment options.

Associate Resorts are not part of Club Wyndham South Pacific and are not owned by the Developer. Rather, the Developer has entered into agreements, which enable Premier Owners to stay in specific apartments at Associate Resorts using their vacation credits. The refurbishment of all 21 club apartments, plus the lobby and corridors, at Club Wyndham Perth has started in April. The new design of hotel apartments is inspired by Perth’s urban surrounds and emphasises sleekness and simplicity. The project includes fresh paint, new carpet, bathroom vanity units, furniture, bedside lighting, and window furnishings. The refurbishment is expected to conclude in late July.

Recently, the lobby bar at Club Wyndham Wanaka in New Zealand has been refurbished with new furniture, artwork, flooring, wallpaper and bar design.

Club Wyndham Coffs Harbour is scheduled to undergo refurbishment in May. All 60 apartments at Club Wyndham Coffs Harbour will be freshly painted, and the floor tiles in kitchen and living areas will be replaced with vinyl flooring. The apartments will also have patterned carpet in the bedrooms, new window furnishings, new furniture and beds and larger fridges, and more storage space will be created.
