1. This offer of accommodation at Club Wyndham Phillip Island is made by Wyndham Vacation Clubs South Pacific Pty Ltd as responsible entity for Club Wyndham South Pacific (“Club”) for the subsidised nights. The offer of free airport transfers is made by Travel and Leisure Australia Pty Ltd (the “Developer”).

2. This offer applies to new bookings only, made at any of these Bali properties:
Ayodya Resort Bali
Merusaka Nusa Dua Bali
Lumbini Luxury Villa and Spas

3. This offer is subject to room availability at the time of booking and may be withdrawn at any time, and at the sole discretion of the Club. The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer made by the Club or the Developer.

4. This offer is only available for bookings made in Ayodya Resort Bali, Merusaka Nusa Dua Bali and Lumbini Luxury Villa and Spas.

5. The complimentary stay at Club Wyndham Phillip Island is for 3 nights, midweek, 2-bedroom Villa or 3-bedroom Villa, subject to availability and excluding all AUS and NZ school holidays, in 2025. Stays in Club Wyndham Phillip Island should be completed by 12 December 2025.

6. Bali bookings must be a new booking with a minimum of 3 nights.

7. For the complimentary airport transfers, the Bali booking must be made and stay commenced by 5 February 2025 until 29 June 2025 according to booking instructions and using the promotional code “BALIPI25”.

8. To be eligible for the complimentary stay at Club Wyndham Phillip Island, the Bali booking and stay must take place by 1 May 2025.

9. The Club has the discretion to cancel the complimentary Phillip Island booking if the booking at the Bali resort is cancelled or rebooked to a date later than 1 May 2025.

10. Club Wyndham Phillip Island booking – the same promo code “BALIPI25” will need to be applied:
a. Eligible phone bookings will have the complimentary nights awarded at the time of booking.
b. Eligible online bookings will have the credits awarded to their account within 7-14 days.

11. The complimentary Phillip Island accommodation offer is limited to accommodation only. Any additional costs or expenditure is at the expense of the owner.

12. Below are the 2-way airport transfer vehicle details based on guest numbers for bookings.

e. Luggage Van (max 50 big luggage)

13. Waitlist bookings can only be redeemed if booking preference is matched during promotion booking window.

14. Should you cancel any eligible booking made with the promotion code of “BALIPI25”, the award amount that was previously credited to this booking will be removed from your account. Please allow for 7-14 days processing time from cancellation date.

15. All bookings must otherwise comply with the Club Guidelines and Regulations.
