The Green Room at Club Wyndham Sydney

Club Wyndham Sydney has unveiled its newest dining venue, The Green Room.

Designed with a cosy, contemporary feel that reflects Sydney's energetic spirit, The Green Room offers a relaxed space to catch up with family and friends or simply unwind after a day exploring the city.

Start your morning with a barista-made coffee or refreshing smoothie, available from 7am to 1pm, or take your time with a leisurely breakfast, served until 12pm. If you're stopping by later, the all-day menu features a tasty selection of quesadillas for a casual lunch or light meal.

In the evening, settle in for Happy Hour from 5pm to 7pm, with a great selection of cocktails, beers, and wines. Owners can also enjoy the weekly Trivia Night, a fun way to test your knowledge and connect with fellow owners. The bar is open from 4pm until late (closed Tuesdays and Thursdays).

Trust the Chef at Club Wyndham Phillip Island

Club Wyndham Phillip Island is turning dining into an adventure with the launch of Trust the Chef, a new experience that lets guests sit back and enjoy a surprise three-course meal prepared by the resort’s culinary team.

Rather than selecting dishes from a menu, guests simply share a few details with the chefs before their meal, including:

  • Any dietary requirements or allergies
  • Any meats or vegetables they do not enjoy
  • Their hunger level on a scale of 1 to 10

From there, the chefs from onsite restaurant Flametrees Restaurant & Bar take over, crafting each course using the finest seasonal ingredients.

Trust the Chef offers guests the opportunity to discover new flavours and enjoy a unique dining experience where no two meals are completely the same – for just $65 per person. Club Wyndham South Pacific owners get a 15% discount when dining at Flametrees Restaurant & Bar.

Important Resort Update

Fiji Tourism Services Tax Update

The Fijian Government has recently passed the Tourism Services Tax Act 2026. Effective 1 September 2026, a temporary 5% Tourism Services Tax will apply to services at Club Wyndham Denarau Island. In fairness to all Club owners, this tax will be passed on to owners who stay at this resort from 1st September.

How This Affects Your Stay

  • The additional tax applies to accommodation and resort spending. This includes on-site dining, spa treatments, housekeeping upgrades, and resort-booked excursions.
  • The applicable tax will be charged to room accounts and payable on checkout directly to the resort in cash (or card equivalents). It cannot be paid using Club Wyndham credits.
  • The tax on accommodation will be calculated on length of stay and room type. Our Finance team is working through the final details, and we will post the fee table on the “Before You Go” page of the club website as soon as it is finalised.
  • For any stays that commence before 1 September, the tax will only be applicable to those nights from 1 September onwards.
