Club Wyndham at Kyneton Bushland Resort
This property was announced last year as part of a group of traditional vacation ownership properties, and has now been made available for booking. Availability at this resort commences from 20 March 2026:

Club Wyndham at Kyneton Bushland Resort is a unique property set across 50 acres of natural Australian bushland in the heart of Victoria’s Macedon Ranges. The property offers a heated swimming pool with spa and sauna, canoeing and fishing on the lake, an 18-hole mini golf course, giant games, tennis courts, squash courts, playgrounds and outdoor equipment.
The resort is conveniently located near Central Victoria’s national parks, historic towns, wineries and distilleries, and world-class spas.
Note: Club Wyndham at Kyneton Bushland Resort is an existing timeshare resort and bookings are therefore for seven-night intervales only with arrivals and departures on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. One housekeeping token is required per interval booked and you may need to change apartments if you book more than one interval. Owners should also note that the resort and facilities are not managed by the Club and these may differ in quality to other Club-managed properties.
These timeshare resorts have their own booking windows and the Club has acquired a mix of traditional floating and fixed intervals. The booking window will be 13 months for fixed intervals added to the Club. However, the booking window for all other intervals will be based on the booking window of the individual clubs and will be less than 13 months.

Associate Resorts are a Developer benefit and the Developer, at its sole discretion, has, from time to time, made available various Associate Resorts to Premier owners who are in good standing. Access is for a limited duration, subject to additional restrictions and may be added, removed or modified by the Developer without notice. Credits used towards this benefit must have a minimum of six months (180 days) validity to be accepted. Housekeeping token/s or a fee must be tendered when utilising this benefit. Complimentary housekeeping cannot be used in conjunction with this benefit. The booking window to make a reservation at an Associate Resort may vary by location or Lifestyle tier.
One of the advantages of your ownership in Club Wyndham South Pacific is the club’s ongoing refurbishment program, which keeps your properties feeling fresh, year after year and which is funded through your annual levies.
In 2026, all 77 apartments at Club Wyndham Surfers Paradise will undergo refurbishment. The staged project will begin in April and is scheduled to conclude in the last quarter of the year.
The new design for the apartments is inspired by the Gold Coast sun, surf and sand, and emphasises light blue and sandy hues, with orange accents, while the Sky Suites have a palette of soft greens and sand.
New carpet, patterned to resemble waves along a beach, will be laid in all apartments, while all furniture and soft furnishings will be replaced. New tapware will be installed in the bathrooms, and new splashbacks and floor tiles in the kitchens. All artwork will be replaced with photos of local attractions and beaches, for a final finish that is undeniably “Gold Coast”.

If you have exhausted your annual Club housekeeping entitlement, you can proceed with your online reservation by selecting the ‘borrow housekeeping’ box prior to proceeding with your reservation.
If your reservation meets the minimum night requirements, a housekeeping token will be returned to your account the next business day. Alternatively you can call Owner Services to make the eligible booking using complimentary housekeeping.
Please note that Privileges complimentary housekeeping will only be awarded for an eligible stay once you have exhausted your annual Club housekeeping entitlement.
