Resort Report – August 2023

The breathtaking Ayodya Resort in Nusa Dua, Bali, Indonesia, has joined the Associate Resort collection!

Nestled on the island’s southeastern coast, where Nusa Dua’s white-sand beaches touch turquoise waters, the resort invites you to unwind in the ultimate serenity. By the end of this month, building updates in Fiji should be complete! And, with new furniture installed by end of year, lighting and enhancements to the bathrooms, this popular resort is sure to become even more beloved by owners. Other works in progress include:

• An update of all rooms at Golden Beach will be finished at the end of September. Each room was given a fresh coat of paint, as well as new floors and furniture, new kitchens, and updated bathrooms. External balcony shutters will be installed from the end of October through to December 2023.

• In Dunsborough: 7 out of 8 blocks have been refurbished, with completely new bathrooms, kitchen cabinetry, flooring, painting, and furniture in every room! We expect the entire project to be finished by November.

• Kirra Beach is progressing well, too, and building works on five floors will finish by the end of 2023. New furniture, lights, paint, and carpet will be completed on some levels by the end of 2023, too. We expect the entire project to be done in 2024.
