Oaks Adelaide Embassy Suites
Oaks Adelaide Embassy Suites is a classy CBD Hotel located minutes’ walk or by public transport from some of the city’s key attractions, including the Adelaide Zoo, the South Australian Museum, Adelaide Oval, Rundle Mall and the Sky City Adelaide casino. Two of the country’s premier wine-growing regions, the Barossa Valley and McLaren Vale, are a short drive from the city.

Ramada Zen Quarter
Ramada Zen Quarter is a relaxing retreat in the heart of Darwin. Use it as a base to visit the Northern Territory’s legendary national parks, enjoy the city sites like Crocosaurus Cove and Darwin Harbour, or simply have a relaxing frolic in the hotel’s huge infinity pool.

Ramada Queenstown Central
Ramada Queenstown Central is smartly positioned at the entry into Queenstown, overlooking the picturesque Lake Wakatipu and within walking distance of all the town has to offer. It’s the perfect base for hitting the slopes and skiing or snowboarding during the winter, or exploring New Zealand’s famous natural parks in the summer.

The Associate program offers a 1-bedroom standard and a 2-bedroom standard. These feature air conditioning/heating, full kitchen including dishwasher, washer/dryer, and TVs in bedrooms.

Booking windows
All reservations are subject to availability. At this point in time, reservations can be made between now and August 31, 2021.
The following booking windows apply for all Associate Resorts and indicate how far in advance you can book your stay.
CWSP Premier owners: 3 months
Lifestyle Bronze: 11 months
Lifestyle Silver: 12 months
Lifestyle Gold: 12 months
Lifestyle Platinum: 13 months
100 Club: 13 months
Please note all owners have a 13-month booking window for all Club properties (but booking windows for Associate Resorts are set by the Developer – not the Club).
Terms and conditions
Each reservation at an Associate Resort requires one housekeeping token (you cannot use the complimentary housekeeping benefit). All Club Wyndham South Pacific guidelines and policies apply to Associate Resort bookings, excluding booking windows. No credits will be returned if you cancel after the cancellation date, even if another owner books the same nights as part or all of your original reservation.
Vacation credits utilised for Associate Resort reservations must have a six-month validity. You also cannot utilise a voucher that has been issued in place of expired credits under the COVID-19 Cancellation Policy. For more terms and conditions, please visit the links for the specific properties.

Our Owner Services hours of operation have temporarily changed, as a result of staff absences due to isolation requirements of COVID-19. We will now close at 6pm Australian Eastern Standard Time so we can provide more support during the busier hours of the day.
If you have exhausted your annual Club housekeeping entitlement, you can proceed with your online reservation by selecting the ‘borrow housekeeping’ box prior to proceeding with your reservation.
If your reservation meets the minimum night requirements, a housekeeping token will be returned to your account the next business day. Alternatively you can call Owner Services to make the eligible booking using complimentary housekeeping.
Please note that Privileges complimentary housekeeping will only be awarded for an eligible stay once you have exhausted your annual Club housekeeping entitlement.
