The evening will be highlighted by a delicious Welcome Dinner at the hotel, offering the perfect opportunity to settle in and begin soaking up the charm of the island.
Day 2 – Sunday, 8 November 2026 (B,D) Orientation & Convict Heritage
The day begins with an island orientation tour designed to introduce the natural beauty, rich culture, and fascinating history of Norfolk Island. Along the way, enjoy a traditional Devonshire Tea and take in stunning island views. A quick stop at the local Sunday Markets is a great way to sample the island’s local produce and crafts. In the afternoon, join a guided tour through the historic World Heritage-listed Kingston area, where you’ll explore convict ruins, visit the cemetery, and uncover stories of early settlement and the Bounty mutineers. Dinner this evening is served back at the hotel, offering a relaxed close to a full day of discovery.
Day 3 – Monday, 9 November 2026 (B,D) Pitcairn Roots & A Night of Mystery
Today’s experiences begin with a guided visit to the Pitcairn Settlers Village, where you’ll step back in time and walk through original homesteads, barns, a blacksmith’s forge, and a museum filled with historical treasures. You’ll also enjoy a short film and complimentary refreshments. In the evening, the past comes alive with an interactive mystery dinner set in 1859. Over a three-course meal in a heritage setting, you’ll become part of the story as you help solve the question: Who killed the surveyor? This immersive dining experience is both entertaining and steeped in local history.
Day 4 – Tuesday, 10 November 2026 (B,L,D) Authors, Lavender & Local Dining
This morning, you’ll explore the private home of internationally renowned author Colleen McCullough. Her beautiful property, “Out Yenna,” holds a fascinating collection of artefacts and personal items that reflect her life, career, and deep connection to Norfolk Island. In the afternoon, enjoy a hosted tour and lunch at Norfolk’s first-ever Lavender Farm. Walk among vibrant rows of lavender and learn about the farm’s journey, its sustainable growing practices, and other plantings such as rosemary, sage, and sunflowers. As the sun sets, experience a Progressive Dinner—an island tradition where you’ll visit local homes, enjoy fresh, home-cooked meals, and hear warm and personal stories shared by your Norfolk Island hosts.
Day 5 – Wednesday, 11 November 2026 (B,D) Nature & Colonial Tales
Rise early for a scenic morning adventure. Choose between a peaceful stroll through the lush Palm Glen Reserve or a more invigorating walk to the Captain Cook Monument via Mount Bates, the island’s highest point. Afterward, gather at a clifftop lookout for a BBQ breakfast served with panoramic views. That evening, enjoy a unique dining experience with the Commandants’ Dinner—a dinner theatre performance combining rich historical storytelling with a hearty three-course meal. The show transports you back to Norfolk’s convict days with engaging performances, captivating tales, and traditional English fare.
Day 6 – Thursday, 12 November 2026 (B,L,D) Wine and Coastal Flavours
Today includes a visit to the tranquil setting of Two Chimneys Winery. After a quick scenic stop at Two Chimneys Reserve, enjoy a leisurely degustation-style lunch experience featuring Noelene’s homemade delicacies, made using fresh garden produce. The meal is paired with premium wines in a relaxing countryside atmosphere. In the evening, gather for the beloved Baunti Fish Fry. Held at a picturesque outdoor location, this celebration of local cuisine features freshly caught fish, seasonal side dishes, and live entertainment with music and traditional island dancing—an uplifting and memorable way to experience Norfolk’s warm community spirit.
Day 7 – Friday, 13 November 2026 (B,D) Farming & Farewells

Day 8 – Saturday, 14 November 2026 (B,L) Art, Lucnch & Departure
On your final day, enjoy a cultural visit to Gallery Guava and the famous Fletcher’s Mutiny Cyclorama—a 360-degree panoramic painting that immerses you in the dramatic story of the Bounty mutineers. Afterwards, head to Hilli Restaurant for a leisurely two-course lunch with a drink. Following lunch, you’ll be transferred to the airport for your departure, bringing your Norfolk Island adventure to a close with lasting memories and a deep appreciation for this unique destination.
