What are Annual Levies?
Think of your vacation ownership as your own “holiday home” and the annual levies as your way of contributing towards the expenses required to maintain that home. Levies are essential to ensure refurbishments, maintenance, operations, and repairs are budgeted and undertaken at Club Wyndham South Pacific properties.
What do Annual Levies cover?
Levies are essential for supporting the operations and expenses of Club Wyndham South Pacific which is operated on a not-for-profit basis. Club expenses include:

Here are some of the notable refurbishments that our Property Development team has been working on at Club Wyndham South Pacific Resorts in 2023.
The update of all 60 apartments at Club Wyndham Golden Beach concluded this year. Each room was given a fresh coat of paint, new flooring and furniture. The kitchens were upgraded while some bathroom work was carried out. External balcony shutters will be installed from the end of October through to December.
All 82 rooms at Club Wyndham Dunsborough have been refurbished. Bathrooms were refreshed, while each apartment received new kitchen cabinetry, flooring, furniture, and a new coat of paint was applied.
Club Wyndham Kirra Beach’s refurbishment kicked off this year and five floors will be completed by the end of 2023. In some levels, new furniture, lighting and carpet will be installed by the end of the year. We expect the project will conclude in 2024.

Where can I find/pay my Levies?
Login to the Club Wyndham South Pacific website using your owner login from December 1. Once you’re on the Owner Dashboard, click on “My Account” to view or download a PDF file of your 2024 Annual Levies.
If you need to make a payment or update your payment details, you can do so by using the Setup Autopay or Make a Payment links. It’s important to pay your annual levies on time to maintain your club ownership benefits, such as making new reservations and preserving your existing stays. Failure to pay may result in restrictions and further actions to recover the club’s funds. While you’re online, we encourage you to book your next holiday as well!
