Hulihe’e Palace

Once a summer home for Hawaiian royalty, Hulihe’e Palace was built in 1838, and survives today as a historical museum.  Framed by palm fronds and banana leaves, this white-washed building houses traditional Hawaiian artefacts, portraits of monarchs, and various pieces of koa furniture.  Explore the Palace on your own, or use a free guided tour to learn about Hawaii’s fascinating past.
