Chihuly Garden and Glass

305 Harrison St, Seattle, WA 98109, USA

The brain child of glass-blowing pioneer Dale Chihuly, Chihuly Garden and Glass is a tribute to the man’s lifelong love of art.  The museum’s eight galleries and three drawing walls explore how he designed his pieces, as well as showcasing his colourful collection.  Outside, the Garden’s trees and flowers seamlessly integrate with four of Chihuly’s works, while the magnificent Glasshouse is a 40-foot high construct of glass and steel that incorporates natural light into its red, yellow and amber palette.
