Car Parking: Secure onsite car parking – 2 vehicles per unit, one undercover and one open air space. Please note: Body Corporate By-Laws do not allow parking of trailers, boats, trucks and campervans – vehicles restrictions 5.5m long x 2.5m wide 

No Parking for Large Vehicles: There is secure onsite parking available for standard motor vehicles; however  Body Corporate by-laws do not allow parking of trailers, boats, trucks, campervans or other large vehicles.  Please contact the resort directly for alternative options.

Accessibility: There are no lifts in the resort and the buildings are 3 storey walk-ups. Ground floor units must be booked to guarantee a ground floor apartment 

June Reservations – Ironman Event: Each year, Cairns/Port Douglas hosts an annual Iron Man Event on the 2nd Sunday of June. This involves road closures which will significantly affect travelling times to and from the airport between 5.00am and 6.30pm. If arriving or departing on this day, please contact your transport operator for further details on collection and travel times. Please visit the Cairns Ironman website for more information 

Wi-Fi: in room is available for Wyndham guests at an additional charge of $10 for the whole duration of your stay, with unlimited downloads and payable upon check in via CC or cash directly to the Resort. 

Making up of Sofa Lounges & Joining beds together: Single beds in the second bedroom can be joined together, and the making up of the sofa lounges upon request. The Resort requires 48 hours’ notice to facilitate this. Please contact Owner Services to submit your request. As this is not a Wyndham managed property, the Resort may charge a fee for this service if sufficient notice is not given. 

Getting Around: Limited public transport is available. To thoroughly enjoy the area, travelling by car is recommended. For competitive car rentals, contact Travel by Wyndham or contact the resort.

Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed at most Club Wyndham or Ramada by Wyndham properties.  Exceptions apply in the case of hearing, mobility and/or vision impaired guests, please advise at time of booking if this applies, or those staying in dog friendly designated units at designated resorts see here for more information. 

Smoking policy: Owners and/or guests are able smoke in the designated smoking areas or on their apartment balconies, if they have one. You cannot smoke in your room at any time and, when smoking on a balcony, the door must be closed – you will be liable for an additional cleaning fee if smoke affects the inside of the room. Please consider other club owners and guests and try to smoke in a way where there is minimal or no chance of affecting others.

This is not a Ramada Property.  Property name is Trinity Links Resort, 72 Kowinka Street, White Rock. The resort is approximately 7km from Cairns CBD and 15km from Cairns Airport.
