Reception hours:  Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm, Saturday 8.30am to 10am & 2pm to 5pm

Check-in:  Check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 10am

No deposit is required at check-in; however, a credit card pre-authorisation will be processed upon arrival.

Occupancy: 2-Bedroom sleeps 4 comfortably and accommodates up to 6 people maximum. Fold-out beds are available with prior arrangement at the property.

The resort does not have rooms on the ground floor. Lowest room that can be requested is on the first floor.

Lift: No lifts available

Kitchen: Kitchens do not have an oven, but do have a microwave, cooktop and fridge.

Cots/highchairs:  Available at request (Limited)

Car parking:  Parking (limited spaces)

Arrival: Confirmation letter, credit card pre-authorisation/ cash deposit is required upon arrival

Pet Policy: No pets allowed

Smoking Policy:  Smoking is strictly prohibited on premises

Please note this resort is a traditional timeshare resort. The rooms and facilities are not managed by Club Wyndham South Pacific and may differ in quality to Club managed properties.

Access to Magnetic Island is by ferry only from South Townsville and must be organised separately. Options to take cars are available. We recommend contacting local ferry service operators for more information.
