Please note this resort is a traditional timeshare resort. The rooms and facilities are not managed by Club Wyndham South Pacific and may differ in quality to Club managed properties.

Reception hours:  Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm, Saturday 8.30am to 10am & 2pm to 5pm

Check-in: Check-in time is 4pm and check-out by 10am.

No deposit is required at check-in; however, a credit card pre-authorisation will be processed upon arrival.

Occupancy: 2-Bedroom sleeps 4 comfortably and accommodates up to 6 people maximum. Fold-out beds are available with prior arrangement at the property.

All apartments are in a three-storey building with no lift. There are no ground-floor units—stairs are required (16 steps to the first floor).

Kitchen: Kitchens do not have an oven, but do have a microwave, cooktop and fridge.

Cots/highchairs:  Available at request (Limited)

Car parking:  Parking (limited spaces)

Pet Policy: No pets allowed

Smoking Policy:  Smoking is strictly prohibited on premises

Additional Info:

• Access to Magnetic Island is by ferry only from South Townsville and must be organised separately. Options to take cars are available. We recommend contacting local ferry service operators for more information.
• Apartments are only serviced weekly (after check-out). Complimentary starter supplies of tea, coffee, sugar, detergent, paper towels, and toilet tissue are provided. Body wash, shampoo, and conditioner are not supplied. A convenience store is located nearby for additional items.
• Pool/beach towels are available for hire at $5 each. Supplies are limited, so please contact us before arrival to reserve.
• A pre-arrival email will be sent by the resort with pre check-in registration. Please review and complete it prior to arrival.
