- The resort is situated near a road and railroad track. Occasional noise disturbances may be experienced. Portable cribs are available on a first-come, first-served basis, and are not guaranteed. Maximum of one per suite.
- The resort's parking lot will be undergoing maintenance, beginning Jan. - Feb. 2021. During this time, parking may be blocked-off, and noise, dust, odors, and work crews on-site, may be experienced. Dates are subject to change.

Children in diapers must wear waterproof diapers designed for swimming. There are no lifeguards on duty. For your safety, please wear shoes in the pool area and refer to posted signage for more specific information.
Car Parking: Parking is limited at WorldMark New Braunfels and the resort is not able to accommodate the storage of boats, RVs and trailers. Please contact the Front Desk for options.
