Car Parking: Undercover car parking (2m height restriction) provided on level B2 and B3. No parking is available for boats, trailers or caravans. Access by room key. 

The Gold Coast City Council has imposed a 3-hour limit for street parking in the Surfers Paradise Central Traffic Area between 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. Oversized vehicles are not recommended due to the property’s inner city location and limited parking options for large vehicles i.e. boats, caravans. For oversized vehicles and vehicles exceeding 2m in height please phone the resort in advance and reception staff will endeavour to assist with parking options.

Schoolies Week: From Saturday 21st November until Saturday 27th of November 2026 it is ‘Schoolies week’, where students graduating from Year 12 celebrate the end of their school studies. It is expected that there will be increased activity in Surfers Paradise and the greater Gold Coast area, as well as in and around the resort.

If your reservation is during this time, we have some important information to advise you:

• The person checking in must be 18 years of age or older, and will be required to provide photo identification. In addition, a house rules document will be provided upon check in, with a signed acknowledgment of these rules required. A copy of this document can be viewed here.
• If you or your guest will be attending Schoolies, the resort will require a $300.00 Security Bond, to be collected on arrival. This will be refunded to the person who has paid the Security Bond, within 14 days of departure, providing the apartment is left in an acceptable condition. Please email owner.services@wyn.com if you or your guest will be attending Schoolies so we can arrange the appropriate check-in advising of the Schoolies related information.
• As the owner you remain responsible for both yours and your guests conduct, including the condition of the apartment upon departure. Wyndham Surfers Paradise also has a strict zero tolerance policy on parties and gatherings, and these are not permitted in the apartment or the Resort’s common areas.

Smoking policy: Owners and/or guests are able smoke in the designated smoking areas or on their apartment balconies. You cannot smoke in your room at any time and, when smoking on a balcony, the door must be closed – you will be liable for an additional cleaning fee if smoke affects the inside of the room. Please consider other club owners and guests and try to smoke in a way where there is minimal or no chance of affecting others. Thank you.
