Schoolies: Surfers Paradise hosts “Schoolies” each year between November & December – There will be increased activity and security in the area. Owners and guests who stay during these times for the purpose of schoolies will be subject to house rules. Click here to see the house rules.
Restaurant: Open 7 days a week from 7am to 8pm for breakfast, lunch and dinner (including room service)
The Gold Coast City Council has imposed a 3-hour limit for street parking in the Surfers Paradise Central Traffic Area between 9:00am – 5:00pm Monday to Friday. Oversized vehicles are not recommended due to the property’s inner city location and limited parking options for large vehicles i.e. boats, caravans. For oversized vehicles and vehicles exceeding 2m in height please phone the resort in advance and reception staff will endeavour to assist with parking options.
Smoking policy: Owners and/or guests are able smoke in the designated smoking areas or on their apartment balconies. You cannot smoke in your room at any time and, when smoking on a balcony, the door must be closed – you will be liable for an additional cleaning fee if smoke affects the inside of the room. Please consider other club owners and guests and try to smoke in a way where there is minimal or no chance of affecting others. Thank you.
