Love that Florida sunshine, by land or by sea.
Ahh, the freeing feel of riding bikes along the beach. The glory of digging toes into golden sand. The gratitude for grinning kids with palm tree backdrops. You and your surf-loving crew will have happy hearts here under clear blue skies, all with a whiff of coconut-scented lotion. And the onboard options — they're irresistible. Try a gondola along the canals of "The Venice of America," an Intracoastal cruise, or a motorboat charter to ogle mansions.

 

Helpful Hints:

  • The majority of this resort is located directly across the street from the beach. All guests have beach access.
  • Most units do not have ocean or Intracoastal views.
  • At least one guest checking in must be 21 years of age or older.
  • A $150 refundable security deposit is required at check-in.
  • Resort-wide fire alarm testing will start in May 2021. During this time, guests may experience noise and work crews on site. Dates are subject to change.
  • Testing will be conducted on the elevators beginning in June 2021. During this time, guests may experience long wait times for the elevators due to periodic maintenance closer. Dates are subject to change.

Children in diapers must wear waterproof diapers designed for swimming. There are no lifeguards on duty. Please refer to posted pool signage for more specific information.

Car Parking: Parking is limited at WorldMark Sea Gardens and the resort is not able to accommodate the storage of boats, RVs, and trailers. Please contact the Front Desk for options.

WorldMark, The Club: WorldMark, The Club is Club Wyndham South Pacific’s sister club, which provides eligible Club Wyndham South Pacific Owners more holiday options at selected resorts throughout the United States, Mexico, and Canada.

Access to WorldMark, The Club resorts are made available through The Exchange Network (‘TEN’) agreement, which is an agreement between Wyndham Destinations Asia Pacific (‘the Developer’) and its parent company, Wyndham Resort Development Corporation. Through TEN, this Developer benefit is provided to eligible Club Wyndham South Pacific Owners who may exchange their right to use apartments in Club Wyndham South Pacific resorts for the right to use apartments at WorldMark, The Club resorts. This Developer benefit is separate from Ownership in Club Wyndham South Pacific. For full details, please visit the PDS.

 If you have exhausted your annual Club housekeeping entitlement, you can proceed with your online reservation by selecting the ‘borrow housekeeping’ box prior to proceeding with your reservation. If your reservation meets the minimum night requirements, a housekeeping token will be returned to your account the next business day. Alternatively you can call Owner Services to make the eligible booking using complimentary housekeeping.

 Please note that Privileges complimentary housekeeping will only be awarded for an eligible stay once you have exhausted your annual Club housekeeping entitlement.
