With some domestic and international border restrictions likely to persist in the immediate future, we have made the decision to extend our COVID-19 cancellation policy.
BORDER RESTRICTIONS
Anyone travelling to New Zealand or return travellers to New Zealand require quarantine on arrival, while the same arrangement exists in Western Australia. WA had indicated its intention to reopen the border on February 5, but has since postponed that arrangement indefinitely.
Our Owner Services team will send the following groups an invitation to cancel their reservations:
If either of these invitations to cancel applies to you, please confirm the cancellation using the text message that the Owner Services team will send you.
If the COVID-19 cancellation policy is applied in response to any of the conditions above, the team will return your credits to your account. Where your credits are expired, they will be subject to a new travel by date.
RECAP OF PROPERTIES WITH JANUARY BOOKING RESTRICTIONS
Over the past fortnight, we have experienced staffing and supplier challenges at our resorts and in Owner Services due to COVID-19 and mandatory isolation requirements for people with COVID-19. This had led us to place temporary restrictions on new reservations with January check-ins for some Australian properties.
We have now been able to lift these at most properties. To clarify, the properties where those restrictions still exist are as follows:
Even if the website indicates availability, you will not be able to make a new reservation at these properties with a check-in date on or before those indicated above. We apologise for any inconvenience.
