You may have recently seen that we have made six more of the club’s 11 new destinations available to owners, following the addition of Paihia and Queenstown.

Note: These are existing timeshare resorts and bookings are therefore for seven-day intervals only with arrivals and departures on Friday and Saturday. One housekeeping token is required per interval booked and you may need to change apartments if you book more than one interval. Owners should also note that the resort and facilities are not managed by the Club and these may differ in quality to other Club managed properties.
These timeshare resorts have their own booking windows and the Club has acquired a mix of traditional floating and fixed intervals. The booking window will be 13 months for fixed intervals as added to the Club, however the booking window of all other intervals will be based on the booking window of the individual clubs and will be less than 13 months.

We are excited to share that a series of refurbishment projects are underway across several Club Wyndham resorts.
We’re kicking things off with Stage 2 of the refurbishment at Club Wyndham Manly Beach, where we are upgrading the apartments with new furniture, beds, TVs, window furnishings, and carpets.
Looking ahead to Q2, we will begin a soft refurbishment of 12 apartments at Club Wyndham Lakes Entrance. This project includes new sofa beds, beds, TVs, soft furnishings, and a fresh coat of paint to revitalise the spaces.
To wrap up the year, we will complete a soft refurbishment of 66 club rooms at Club Wyndham Torquay, bringing in coastal-inspired touches with new furniture, soft furnishings, artwork, and a repaint to reflect the relaxed beachside atmosphere.
Additionally, a major refurbishment, funded by the Developer, will get underway in the coming months at Club Wyndham Shirakabaso Shiga Kogen, ensuring a more relaxing stay in Japan.
Meanwhile, the team has successfully completed upgrades at Club Wyndham Tuscany, including new furniture, lighting, artwork, and fresh repaint to enhance the charm of the apartments.

Our Owner Services hours of operation have temporarily changed, as a result of staff absences due to isolation requirements of COVID-19. We will now close at 6pm Australian Eastern Standard Time so we can provide more support during the busier hours of the day.
If you have exhausted your annual Club housekeeping entitlement, you can proceed with your online reservation by selecting the ‘borrow housekeeping’ box prior to proceeding with your reservation.
If your reservation meets the minimum night requirements, a housekeeping token will be returned to your account the next business day. Alternatively you can call Owner Services to make the eligible booking using complimentary housekeeping.
Please note that Privileges complimentary housekeeping will only be awarded for an eligible stay once you have exhausted your annual Club housekeeping entitlement.
