Resort Report – Jan 2023

We are very excited to add an Adelaide property to our Associate Resort program – this time, TRYP by Wyndham Pulteney Street Adelaide. Club Wyndham South Pacific owners can once again use their credits to travel to Adelaide, where they can explore South Australia’s capital or travel to its incredible surrounds, including the Barossa Valley, McLaren Vale and Kangaroo Island. The hotel has a CBD location with proximity to the Adelaide Zoo, Botanic Gardens, MOD., the Art Gallery of South Australia and Adelaide Oval. It is also within walking distance of the city’s corporate offices and Rundle Mall, while Calvary Hospital is just across the street. Club owners will be able to make reservations in one of 10 Deluxe hotel rooms. These apartments feature a king bed, full air conditioning, mini fridge and complimentary Wi-Fi. They do not have kitchen facilities. The agreement between the hotel and Wyndham Destinations Asia Pacific, the club Developer, will run until March 31, 2024. Owners will be able to make bookings from 10am Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) on February 1, 2023 for check-in from March 15, 2023 – potentially, earlier depending on the exact date of the hotel opening in March. A reminder that Associate Resorts are benefits provided by the Developer and subject to separate terms and conditions from club bookings. Booking windows depend on Lifestyle by Wyndham membership level (if applicable), minimum stays, credit and housekeeping token validity of at least 180 days. These villas and apartments had previously been available for owners to book through an Associate Resort agreement with the club Developer, Wyndham Destinations Asia Pacific. Existing reservations in either will not be affected by their addition to the club but will continue as scheduled.

The Owner Services team will reduce its opening hours on weeknights by one hour for the Australian daylight saving period. You will be able to contact the team Monday to Friday from 7am to 7pm Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST). Weekend hours will not be affected and remain 8.30am to 4.30pm AEST on both days. A review found low call volumes late on weeknights, so hours have been shortened to provide more operational support at peak periods in the day.
