We are pleased to announce Club Wyndham South Pacific owners will soon be able to book at additional exchange resort options through their RCI membership!
From today, RCI will make leading 7Across affiliated resorts in Australia and New Zealand available to Club Wyndham South Pacific owners who currently have a membership with RCI, whether that membership is a benefit through Lifestyle by Wyndham or their own arrangement as a Premier owner. Owners will be able to exchange their vacation credits to book at these resorts.
Owners will also be able to access inventory available through 7Across at a suite of Australian and New Zealand favourites affiliated with both exchange providers.
The ability to access 7Across’s 63 resorts in Australia, New Zealand and Fiji means additional destinations to visit and, potentially, greater availability at existing destinations for Club Wyndham South Pacific owners.
As 7Across seeks to add new affiliates to its portfolio, we anticipate owners will be able to access more resort options.

Tangalooma Island Resort

7Across
7Across, formerly called DAE, began in Australia and has a particularly strong portfolio of affiliated properties in Australia, New Zealand and Fiji. 7Across and RCI are both brands of Panorama, a business line of Travel + Leisure Co., but they are run as separate exchange businesses.
Accessing These Expanded Inventory Options
You can see the resort options available by logging in to RCI through the Club Wyndham South Pacific website. To make a booking at any of these resorts, you will need to contact the RCI customer call centre.
How Exchanges at 7Across Affiliated Resorts Will Work
In exchange with 7Across affiliated resorts, owners will be required to use their credits and housekeeping tokens at the time of booking – there will be no option comparable to RCI’s Spacebanking, which allows credits to be transferred into and held in an RCI account until a booking is made. However, vacation credits can be used for exchanges right up until their expiry date, as with RCI.
There is no limit to the number of credits that can be exchanged and used in reservations, provided levies are paid on the credits – for example, if next year’s credits are being borrowed, next year’s levies must be paid in advance.
Fees will apply for each exchange reservation, as they do with RCI – AU$189 for Australian members and NZ$194 for New Zealand members. Cancellation protection can be purchased for AU$39 or NZ$39. Each reservation will also require a housekeeping token – the same as an RCI or Club Wyndham South Pacific booking. Although owners will use the RCI call centre to facilitate an exchange, they will not be able to use credits in their RCI account to make a reservation at a 7Across affiliated resort.
How Exchange Companies Work
Exchange companies like 7Across and RCI do not own or manage inventory in resorts. They act as virtual marketplaces for timeshare owners all over the world to deposit their timeshare weeks, credits or points and trade them for stays at other timeshare resorts where inventory has been deposited. Therefore, inventory is not fixed and availability can change regularly, as the inventory available depends on what has been deposited by other timeshare owners.
We expect demand at the RCI call centre to be high for an initial period after this announcement. We suggest that you check online to see what is available before calling or, if the matter is not urgent, call at a later date.

Yes, if you have a membership in RCI either with your Lifestyle by Wyndham membership or a directly with RCI.
If you are a club owner with membership in RCI – either as a benefit through Lifestyle by Wyndham or your own arrangement as a Premier owner – you will be able to exchange your vacation credits to book in Australia and New Zealand resorts affiliated with 7Across where available. You will need to call the RCI call centre to complete the exchange and make a booking.
The change has taken effect.
Fees will apply for exchanges with 7Across affiliated resorts, as they do with RCI – AU$189 for Australian members and AU$194 for New Zealand members. Cancellation protection can be purchased for AU$39 or NZ$39.
RCI is currently considering a specialised online booking option for 7Across inventory for Club Wyndham South Pacific owners in the future, depending on demand but this is not currently available.
Yes. Club Wyndham South Pacific owners will be able to ask to create Ongoing Searches across both RCI and 7Across inventory when they contact the RCI call centre.
All exchanges will cost 8,000 Club Wyndham South Pacific credits per week, regardless of the number of bedrooms or season.
7Across exchanges primarily timeshare weeks between traditional timeshare owners and has set 8,000 credits as the cost of Club Wyndham South Pacific owners to access a week for purposes of simplicity.
You can use credits that are valid, including borrowed credits – as long as your levies have been paid in full for the upcoming year. You can use credits right up until their final day of validity.
There are no limits to the credits that can be exchanged, provided levies are paid on the credits.
