Important News: Travel + Leisure Co. Acquisition

As a valued part of Club Wyndham South Pacific, we wanted to provide you with relevant news concerning Travel + Leisure Co. (NYSE:TNL), parent company of Wyndham Destinations Asia Pacific  – the Developer of Club Wyndham South Pacific.

Today, Travel + Leisure Co. announced an agreement to acquire the timeshare business of global hospitality group Accor. We would like to provide clarity about the announcement.

The acquisition will create a new line of business for Travel + Leisure Co., called Accor Vacation Club. It will be a distinct club from Club Wyndham, WorldMark by Wyndham, Margaritaville by Wyndham, Shell Vacation Club, Sports Illustrated Resorts vacation club, and the other vacation ownership brands owned by Travel + Leisure Co. All clubs will continue to operate separately.

While cross-club agreements exist between some of the clubs managed by Travel + Leisure Co. entities – allowing owners to travel to resorts belonging to other clubs – there is currently no cross-club agreement encompassing Accor Vacation Club either in place or under negotiation at this time.

We want to reassure you that the acquisition will not change the way your club operates. Club Wyndham South Pacific is a self-contained club and will continue to operate for the benefit of its owners, as it has always done.

This announcement represents confidence in the vacation club model and its future. This agreement is designed to enable Travel + Leisure Co. to fulfil a key intent to operate and grow its vacation ownership business under multiple well-known brands simultaneously, including Club Wyndham and Accor Vacation Club.

If you have any further questions about this announcement, please feel free to contact your Customer Care team at customerteam@wyn.com.

We look forward to continuing our development of Club Wyndham South Pacific and seeing its owners enjoy memorable holiday experiences that last a lifetime.

Sincerely,

Travel + Leisure Co. International
