The offers under this promotion are provided by Wyndham at its discretion and the offers and these terms and conditions may be revoked, modified or otherwise changed at any time without prior notice. To receive this offer you must be a current owner with Club Wyndham South Pacific, or a friend or family member of a current Club Wyndham South Pacific owner. Offers are subject to availability, travel dates and blackout dates, which may vary at each Participating Hotel. All reservations are subject to confirmation by the Participating Hotel. The Friends and Family offer provides savings of up to 25% off the Best Available Rate at Participating Hotels and has no affiliation with Club Wyndham South Pacific resorts. Prices do not include breakfast unless otherwise stated. Offer is not to be used in conjunction with any other package, discount, offer, group or conversion rate, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other products. Offer is not valid for previous stays or existing reservations. All upgrades, late checkouts and value-adds are subject to each Participating Hotel’s discretion. Prices do not include tax, service fees, any incidentals or gratuities, and additional per room/per night charges that may be imposed, are subject to foreign exchange rates and the Best Available Rates for each Participating Hotel are subject to change at any time. All rates are in Australian dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. Cancellation policies, taxes, advanced deposit and credit guarantee policies vary between Participating Hotels; please refer to each Participating Hotel’s page for full details or inquire prior to completing your reservation. As reservations are not in Club Wyndham South Pacific apartments, reservation guidelines are separate from the standard Club Wyndham South Pacific Guidelines and Regulations.

If you find a current valid offer at a lower price on the same location at a Participating Hotel for the same periods and the same room type, we'll beat it by 5%. To receive the “Best Rate Guaranteed” an individual’s claim (with supporting evidence) must be received at the marketingSEAPR@wyn email address and verified by Wyndham prior to completing your reservation. Verified claims and subsequent accommodation pricing changes are at the discretion of each Participating Hotel.

“Participating Hotels” are participating Ramada ® and Wyndham ® hotels and resorts managed by Resort Management by Wyndham Pty Ltd in the South Pacific. “Best Available Rate” is defined as the best, non-qualified, unrestricted, publicly available rate on the applicable brand site for the hotel, date and accommodations requests.
