Online Reservations Guidelines

Booking online through the Club Wyndham South Pacific website is subject to the same guidelines as defined in the Club Guidelines (PDF) for Club Wyndham South Pacific.

Online reservations are limited to the following reservation types:

Using regular Vacation Credits, Bonus Time, Fun Time, US Time, or One Time to book a single available apartment where the arrival time is at least 48 hours and no more than 13 months in advance.

Excluded from online reservations:

1. Reservations start within 48 hours of arrival at the resort.
2. Reservations that use a combination of Vacation Credits and cash. Online reservations must use either .
3. Travel Club
4. Cruises
5. Grouped reservations

Owner Criteria:

In order to make an online reservation, you must provide a valid email address when registering. Please keep your password in a safe place. You assume responsibility for the security of your owner number and password, and for any reservation confirmation completed.

2. The owner assumes responsibility for any reservation confirmation completed using the owner number and password. Keep your password in a safe place.
3. The owner must provide a valid email address upon registering for online reservations.

Booking for a guest:

An owner is allowed to book for a guest online if the reservation meets the same criteria as defined in the Club Guidelines (PDF). The guest’s first and last names are required and must match identification to be produced upon check-in.

Payment for reservations:

Any charges incurred during online reservations will be detailed and displayed during the reservation process. A valid credit card is required for payment. We currently accept Visa and MasterCard only.

If the owner has any previous unpaid reservation charges, the balance will be collected at the time of the online reservation. The past due amount will be added to the total charge of the reservation being made online.

Cancellations:

Owners may cancel certain reservations online. If a reservation cannot be cancelled online, owners will be instructed to call Club Wyndham South Pacific Owner Services on 1300 850 160. Please have your owner number and/or confirmation number ready to expedite your request.

48-hour waiting period:

There is an enforced 48-hour waiting period between a cancellation and a new reservation whenever any of the following occurs:
1. The owner is cancelling a one-week reservation in Red, Red Season 1 or Red Season 2 and then requests to rebook that same reservation for less than a week within the 60 days or less of occupancy.
2. The owner is cancelling a Vacation Credit reservation and then requests to rebook that same reservation as a Bonus Time or Fun Time reservation within 14 days of use.
3. The owner is cancelling a regular Bonus Time reservation and then requests to rebook that reservation as a Guest-only reservation within five days of use.

North American Restrictions:

  1. Reservations booked at WorldMark The Club (US) resorts can only be booked a maximum of 11 months in the future.
  2. Bonus Time, Fun Time, and incentive credits cannot be used on a North American reservation.

Once you begin an online reservation, the process must be completed within 15 minutes.
