QUALIFICATION CRITERIA

This offer is suited for singles and couples who are married, engaged or in a relationship and sharing residence who:

If single

• have a minimum annual income of AUD$75,000 per annum for Australian residents or NZD$75,000 per annum for New Zealand residents; and
• are between the ages of 25-72 years of age; or

If married, engaged or in a relationship and sharing residence

• have a minimum combined annual income of AUD$90,000 per annum for Australian residents or NZD$90,000 per annum for New Zealand residents; and
• are both between 25-72 years of age

If a self-funded retiree

• are between the ages of 65-72 years of age;
• are a permanent resident of Australia or New Zealand,
(referred to as a “Qualified Prospect”). Employees and their immediate families, existing Club Wyndham South Pacific Owners, existing Discovery by Wyndham members, and persons who have attended a presentation within the past twelve (12) months are not eligible to participate in this offer and claim rewards. THE PRESENTATION

• Club Wyndham Escapes offers are provided at a discounted rate in return for compulsory attendance at and completion of a vacation ownership presentation of approximately 90 minutes on the benefits of Club Wyndham South Pacific.
• Non-attendance and or failure to complete the vacation ownership presentation for any reason or circumstance may result in forfeiture of this offer and incur a penalty charge (“Penalty Charge”) equivalent to the retail value of the full holiday package (including accommodation, flights and/or vouchers if applicable), charged to your card or recovered by Wyndham Destinations Asia Pacific. • Full payment is required at the time of reservation. Payment can be made by credit card (excluding American Express and Diners), money order, or cheque. An additional 0.9% credit card service fee will be applied to all amounts paid by credit card.
• Any deposits paid for packages or holiday offerings are non-refundable.

• Unless otherwise stated, all prices are based on the lead in room type at each property.
• Package prices are priced for 2 adults.
• Holiday voucher valid for 90 days, and reservations can be made 60 days in advance, up to the expiry date of the holiday voucher.
• Packages are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another name. Space is limited and all reservations are subject to availability.
• Seasonal surcharges apply depending on departure date.
• Wyndham Destinations Asia Pacific have the right to charge extra if the number of people is greater than what was confirmed upon the reservation. If applicable, prices are inclusive of Australian, New Zealand & Fijian Airport Taxes, except taxes that can only be paid upon departure. • If applicable – Airline Tickets cannot be transferred to another name and will be considered as a cancellation. Travel dates cannot be changed under any circumstances and will be considered a cancellation, if unable to travel on dates stated on issued airline tickets.

Additional Voucher Promotions (as part of your holiday package) Terms & Conditions:

• For holiday packages where additional vouchers and/or discounted theme park tickets are offered, the full package price consists of the total cost of accommodation (refer to specific destination links found below) PLUS the full cost of theme park tickets and/or additional vouchers as issued to you (this cost is available to you upon request at the time of reservation).
• From time to time, you may be offered additional items to add to your holiday package, such as vouchers or gift cards at a discounted price. To receive such additional packaged items at a discounted price you must abide by these terms and conditions, and may be required to travel to specific destinations and on specific dates as listed in the specific offer.
• Club Wyndham South Pacific and Wyndham Destinations Asia Pacific (at its related entities) are not affiliated with Coles Group and Myer and these companies have not endorsed this promotion or the products promoted by Club Wyndham South Pacific and/or Wyndham Destinations Asia Pacific (at its related entities). PENALTY CHARGE – FULL PACKAGE PRICE DETAILS

• For the standard packages (accommodation only), the full package price consists of the total cost of accommodation.
• Please note, the Penalty Charge will differ depending on: which Club Wyndham Escapes offer is selected, whether it is an accommodation only offer or a flight and accommodation offer, and whether the dates travelled fall in high or low season periods.
• The full package prices below are based on standard packages. If any charges are made to the room, or if any upgrades or extras are taken, full charges and season rates will apply. All prices are quoted in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST unless otherwise specified.

 

CONSENT

All guests confirm that they authorise Wyndham Destinations Asia Pacific and its affiliates to use their contact details (residential and email) and telephone number(s) (work, mobile and home/private) provided when participating in this offer for sales and marketing purposes, in particular, for the purpose of offering the opportunity to attend a timeshare presentation on Club Wyndham South Pacific program, for an indefinite period until they opt out. CANCELLATION POLICY

Packages including any upgrade fees, additional nights or seasonal surcharges are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another name. Rescheduling outside of 7 days from check-in will incur a $50 fee to be charged at the time of rescheduling. A maximum of 1 reschedules allowed per reservation. Rescheduling or cancellations are not permitted within 7 days of check-in. A no-show on the check-in date and non-attendance or failure to complete the sales presentation, will incur a Penalty Charge being the full accommodation cost, which will be automatically charged to your credit card.

You should familiarise yourself with any health or visa requirements that may be applicable in the areas you intend on visiting. You are responsible for all exit, entry, health and other documents required by laws, regulations, orders, demands or requirements of the countries visited or transited. Each person shall carry a valid passport at all times. Kindly note that passport and visa requirements are not our responsibility or that of your travel consultant and Travel by Wyndham is not liable for any loss or expense due to a passenger’s failure to comply with the above. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
