  1. Glimmer Grabs is provided by Wyndham Vacations Club South Pacific Pty Ltd as the responsible entity for Club Wyndham South Pacific (“Club”). It is a limited-time promotional campaign offering holiday packages made available through the Club Wyndham South Pacific website. These offers are refreshed on a weekly basis and can be accessed through “glimmers” found on the website. Publication date and time may vary and are subject to availability at the time of enquiry.
  2. Participation is open to all Club Wyndham South Pacific owners.
  3. All packages are limited in quantity and are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Availability varies by resort, travel dates, and package duration. The Club reserves the right to amend, substitute, or withdraw any offer at its sole discretion without prior notice.
  4. The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer made by the Club or the Developer.
  5. Reservation Process
    5.1 Owner spots a “glimmer” on the website and clicks on it. Glimmers are scattered throughout the site and may appear on any page.
    5.2 Owner is redirected to the promo landing page and selects desired package – log in is required.
    5.3 Completes and submits booking request form. Submission of a request form constitutes an expression of interest only and does not guarantee availability or confirmation of booking.
    5.4 Confirmation of a successful booking will be communicated via email within approximately 24-72 hours from the time of submission.
  6. By submitting a request, owners authorise Club Wyndham South Pacific to make a booking on their behalf, including, but not limited to, the utilisation of their vacation credits and housekeeping token to fulfill the booking.
  7. A booking shall only be deemed confirmed upon issuance of an email confirmation by the Club Wyndham South Pacific team.
  8. All packages are valid for new bookings only.
  9. Owners may book multiple packages, subject to availability and standard booking conditions.
  10. This offer is limited to accommodation only. Any additional costs or expenditure are at the expense of the owner.
  11. All bookings made for this offer are subject to the standard reservation rules and instructions as outlined in the Club Wyndham South Pacific Guidelines and Regulations and Product Disclosure Statement.
