When can I take my first holiday using Discovery by Wyndham?
Great news! You can start planning and booking your first Discovery by Wyndham holiday as soon as your membership is set up in our reservations system (approximately 12 calendar days after signing up).
Your Discovery Specialist Team will be in contact with you to help you book your first stay. You will just have to have paid your minimum Threshold amount of AU$1100/NZ$1350 before you check in for your holiday.
Can I book online?
Discovery by Wyndham members don’t have online reservation access; this is a benefit reserved for Club Wyndham South Pacific owners. However, you can phone us to book on 1300 306 026/ 0800 306 026 between 8am-4pm AEST Monday to Friday or email us on discoveryteam@wyn.com. We’re here to help!
What’s housekeeping and why do I have to pay this charge?
A housekeeping service occurs at the end of each stay to return it ‘as new’ condition for the next guests. As a Discovery by Wyndham member, you receive one free housekeeping token which can be used on one stay (in addition to the Discovery Credits for your reservation). For any additional resort stays you will pay the applicable housekeeping fee. Regardless of whether you stay one night or 20 nights, the housekeeping fee is a flat fee depending on the room size and type you book. Current housekeeping fees can be found here.
What if my requested dates/location are unavailable?
All reservations are on a first in, first served basis and are subject to availability. If you are not able to book your first preference, you may request a waitlist for your desired dates and be notified should they become available.
What happens if I run out of Discovery credits to complete my last stay?
If you find yourself short on credits to book your last stay you have the choice to purchase one-time top up credits at AU19 cents per credit. Your Discovery Program Specialist can assist in letting you know how much it will cost.
