But, before we sign off for the year, we have some exciting announcements to make in this Resort Report including a new motorhome deal. Please read on to find out more!

We are pleased to announce an agreement with Britz which will allow owners to use Lifestyle Qualified Credits to book a two or six-berth motorhome through Britz. The two-berth Venturer can sleep two adults and includes an LCD TV, DVD player, gas stove, fridge, and toilet and shower facilities. The six-berth Frontier is the ultimate way to explore new horizons, with sleeping room for six adults, a kitchenette with oven, four hotplates (three gas, one electric), microwave and fridge, along with LCD TV, DVD player, and toilet and shower facilities.
We have increased our allotment from four to seven motorhomes due to the popularity in previous years. Two of the Venturers will be available for New Zealand Lifestyle members to use while three Venturers and two Frontiers can be booked by Australian Lifestyle members.
Motorhomes can be hired in blocks of seven days and all reservations will start on Saturday and end the following Friday. The limits on bookings have eased following COVID-19 to one block during Red season and two blocks during White season. Each block requires a housekeeping token or an equivalent housekeeping fee, which you can see online at the Lifestyle website. Motorhomes are subject to available allocations.
Britz has 13 locations that can be utilised for pick up, depending on availability:
To book, fill out the relevant form by logging into the Club Wyndham South Pacific owner dashboard and clicking on “Motorhome Hire” under the “Benefits” panel, or call the Owner Services team. Owner Services will confirm the booking as soon as possible, subject to availability. Please be aware we are expecting strong interest once it is initially available.
This benefit is facilitated through an agreement between the Developer, Wyndham Destinations Asia Pacific, and Britz, and it can be changed at any time without notice. There are also some additional terms and conditions, including that Lifestyle Qualified Credits must have at least 180 days’ validity.
Bookings can be made from 10am on 21 December, 2022 – tomorrow – for stays from 4 February 2023 (Australia) and 1 April 2023 (New Zealand) as far as the 13-month booking window will allow. The agreement runs until 27 September, 2024.
Credit charts are available here for AU and NZ. Alternatively, you can keep your credits for another time and instead secure a great value holiday by taking advantage of Lifestyle’s 15 per cent off deal when you pay cash for a Britz motorhome.
Throughout 2021 and 2022, our resort teams have worked hard to ramp up the activities available for free to owners at club resorts. This summer season, we have diverse programs available with record-breaking numbers of activities to ensure you and your kids are never short of fun.

While it has been wonderful to resume travelling unrestricted this year, we appreciate that it has not all been smooth sailing for many club owners – or even for some members of our own teams. Our Owner Services hours of operation have temporarily changed, as a result of staff absences due to isolation requirements of COVID-19. We will now close at 6pm Australian Eastern Standard Time so we can provide more support during the busier hours of the day.
If you have exhausted your annual Club housekeeping entitlement, you can proceed with your online reservation by selecting the ‘borrow housekeeping’ box prior to proceeding with your reservation.
If your reservation meets the minimum night requirements, a housekeeping token will be returned to your account the next business day. Alternatively you can call Owner Services to make the eligible booking using complimentary housekeeping.
Please note that Privileges complimentary housekeeping will only be awarded for an eligible stay once you have exhausted your annual Club housekeeping entitlement.
