As restrictions on international travel continue to ease across Asia Pacific, we would like to provide you with an update about Club Wyndham South Pacific’s Asian properties.

Club Wyndham Dreamland Bali update
In a previous email, we indicated that Club Wyndham Dreamland Bali may remain closed into early 2023. Owners with a check-in date on or before October 31, 2022, were offered the opportunity to cancel or have Owner Services source alternate accommodation, while those with a check-in between November 1 and January 31, 2023, were given the additional option to hold their bookings and see if Club Wyndham Dreamland Bali reopened.

As we continue to work toward a resolution of this matter, Owner Services will send owners with a check-in date on or before November 15, 2022, an invitation to cancel or have Owner Services arrange alternative accommodation. All new bookings to Club Wyndham Dreamland Bali before January 31, 2023, currently remain locked.

We thank you for your patience with this unforeseen circumstance and we look forward to providing positive information about this resort in the near future.

Club Wyndham Sea Pearl Phuket
Refurbishments at Club Wyndham Sea Pearl have experienced some minor delays. The apartments undergoing refurbishment are slated to be progressively released and re-opened over the course of October. When that happens, new bookings for Club Wyndham Sea Pearl Phuket will be unlocked.

Owners with check-in dates on or before September 30, 2022, have previously been given the opportunity to cancel their booking and, for those who would like to travel, Owner Services has been sourcing alternate accommodation at the resort or elsewhere to fulfil their booking.

Thank you for your patience during this refurbishment at Club Wyndham Sea Pearl.

In all the above cases, if your booking is cancelled or you choose to cancel, your credits will be returned and, where they are expired, they will be subject to a new travel by date.
