Owner and Contract Details

Direct Debit Declaration (via Credit Card or Financial Institution Account)

I/we request and authorise the following entities:

• Finance by Wyndham Ptd Ltd ACN 091 790 993 – Direct Debit User ID Number 149500 & Direct Debit User ID Number 193062
• Wyndham Vacation Resorts South Pacific Limited ABN 11 090 503 923, as responsible entity for WorldMark South Pacific Club by Wyndham ARSN 092 334 015 – Direct Debit User ID Number 221868

to debit funds from my/our nominated account at the Financial Institution shown below according to the details specified under the agreements as entered into between me/us and the above listed entities for either/collectively Finance repayments, Levies and Lifestyle membership fees (as applicable).

Financial Institution Account

This debit will be made through the Bulk Electronic Clearing System (BECS) from your account held at the financial institution you have nominated below and will be subject to the terms and conditions of the Direct Debit Request Service Agreement.

Finance Repayments – If you would like to change frequency please contact our office.

Levies – Direct debit payment is Quarter or Monthly frequency. Option to pay monthly frequency is from the next quarter due date (below). If you would like to change frequency please contact our office.

Lifestyle Membership fees – Monthly Frequency ONLY.
² Levies Quarter Payment is due 1^st of January, 1^st April, 1^st July and 1^st October.
³ Monthly payments are due on the 1^st of every month (or next business day if applicable).
