Good News! New Associate properties have been added

We are pleased to announce two new additions to the Associate Resort collection!

From 9am on Tuesday, 12 April (Australian Eastern Standard Time), you will be able to use your vacation credits to stay at Ramada by Wyndham Wellington Taranaki Street and Ramada Suites by Wyndham Nautilus Orewa!

Reservations can be made at both properties until March 31, 2023.



Orewa, New Zealand
Property: Ramada Orewa
Situated a block from the North Island’s Orewa Beach, Ramada Orewa is the perfect base to explore all the island’s picturesque north has to offer while remaining within driving distance of Auckland.

The property offers a heated outdoor pool, a sauna, fitness centre, barbecue facilities and complimentary Wi-Fi and parking. There are two exceptional restaurants onsite: Hayami Japanese Restaurant and the No.9 Bar and Grille.

Through the Associate Resort program, owners can reserve a Deluxe studio apartment with heating, partial kitchen including two burners, microwave and small fridge and complimentary Wi-Fi or a OnePlus apartment with heating, full kitchen including four burners, microwave, oven, dishwasher and full-size fridge, and a balcony. Both room types feature a washer/dryer.

Orewa is an hour north of Auckland and is a fantastic destination for swimming, surfing, kayaking and kite and wind surfing, and boasts parks for hiking and cycling, thermal pools and even indoor skiing.

Wellington, New Zealand
Property: Ramada Wellington
Ramada Wellington is in the heart of all New Zealand’s capital has to offer – positioned in the CBD and within walking distance of the Wellington Waterfront Walk, the Museum of New Zealand Te Papa Tongarewa and foodie haven Cuba Street.

Other must-visit places when exploring Wellington are the Space Place at Carter Observatory, the City Gallery in Wellington, the Wellington Cable Car, and the ZEALANDIA™ wildlife sanctuary.

Ramada Wellington features complimentary Wi-Fi, a fitness centre, a meeting room and some event planning services.

The Associate Resort program offers owners the ability to book a studio apartment or 1-bedroom apartment. Both feature air conditioning/heating, washer/dryer and a partial kitchen with two burners, microwave, dishwasher and fridge, while 1-bedroom apartments offer dining seating and lounge area.

Associate Resorts
As of tomorrow, club owners will have access to the following Associate Resorts:
  • Ramada Orewa, New Zealand (until March 31, 2023)
  • Ramada Wellington, New Zealand (until March 31, 2023)
  • Heritage Auckland, New Zealand (until September 30, 2023)
  • Heritage Queenstown, New Zealand (until September 30, 2023)
  • Ramada by Wyndham Queenstown Central, New Zealand (until August 31, 2023)
  • Ramada by Wyndham VetroBlu Scarborough Beach (until March 31, 2023)
  • Ramada Suites by Wyndham Darwin Zen Quarter (until September 30, 2022)
  • Oaks Adelaide Embassy Suites (until August 31, 2022)
The Associate Resort program is not a benefit of club ownership, but a benefit extended by the Developer, Wyndham Destinations Asia Pacific, at its discretion. Each agreement lasts for a certain period of time and can be amended, renewed or removed at the discretion of the Developer.
 
Booking windows
All reservations are subject to availability. Booking windows are as follows:
  • Club Wyndham South Pacific premier owners: up to 3 months
  • Lifestyle Bronze: up to 11 months
  • Lifestyle Silver: up to 12 months
  • Lifestyle Gold: up to 12 months
  • Lifestyle Platinum: up to 13 months
  • 100 Club: up to 13 months
Please note that all club owners have a 13-month window for club properties. As Associate Resorts are a Developer benefit, the booking windows are set by the Developer.
 
Terms and conditions
As per previous announcements about Associate Resorts, each reservation at an Associate Resort requires one housekeeping token (you cannot use the complimentary housekeeping benefit). All Club Wyndham South Pacific guidelines and policies apply to Associate Resort bookings, excluding booking windows. No credits will be returned if you cancel after the cancellation date, even if another owner books the same nights as part or all of your original reservation.
 
Vacation credits utilised for Associate Resort reservations must have a six-month validity. For more terms and conditions, please visit the links for the specific properties.
