Club Wyndham Port Macquarie

CRITICAL INFORMATION – MUST READ: Effective from Monday 12th July 2021, all owners/guests checking into CWSP Properties MUST present photo ID in the form of a passport or driver’s license upon check-in. The ID must match the reservation in the Hotel’s PMS (Property Management System) and credit card provided. Guest name MUST be added to the reservation at time of booking, or prior to check-in. Only the Owner Services Team can add or amend a guest name. If owners call a resort to ask for a change to guest name, they will be redirected to Owner Services.

** CHECK-IN** Check-in for Club Wyndham Port Macquarie is located at Club Wyndham Flynns Beach., 20 Flynn Street, Flynns Beach, Port Macquarie. Club Wyndham Flynns Beach Reception is open from 7:00am to 11:00pm, 7 days a week. Staff are available 24 hours for late arrivals. A $100 deposit or credit card imprint is required upon check-in. Check out and key return is at Club Wyndham Flynns Beach by 12 noon.

**Balcony Rectification Works: Work has commenced at Port Macquarie Northpoint Apartments. This is a body corporate initiative within the resort and Wyndham Destinations and Club Wyndham have no control of the project. Work will be ongoing  intermittently until complete and the hours of work are between 9.00am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday. Whilst works will not be carried out in occupied apartments, there will at times be noise associated with the works, due to the intermittent use of power tools and mechanical equipment.**

**Our Club units at Port Macquarie Northpoint Apartments face towards an area where construction of a six storey apartment building has commenced. This construction is visible from our Club units. The construction has just been approved for development through council and will commence construction in the coming months. There is no estimated completion date at this time. The general hours of work are expected to be Monday to Saturday 7.00am -5.00pm. Whilst disruption should be kept to a minimum, there will be some noise associated with the works, due to the use mechanical equipment. There will also be increased activity in the surrounding area, with possible traffic diversions at various times**

  • There is only one car space per apartment. Parking is allocated.
  • Northpoint Apartments (Port Macquarie) has adopted a by-law to completely ban smoking on the premises. Effective immediately, this means there is NO SMOKING permitted on any apartment balcony, common area, BBQ terrace, pool area or any other area of Northpoint Apartments. Smoking is only permitted four (4) metres or further from any entrance to the Northpoint Apartments.
  • This resort is not managed by Club Wyndham. Please contact Club Wyndham Flynns Beach on 02 6589 9688 for any requirements. Club Wyndham Flynns Beach staff may also be on the premises at Club Wyndham Port Macquarie daily to address any concerns.
  • There are no water views available at this resort.

Guest Bookings: Please keep in mind that as the owner you are responsible for your guest’s complying with Club guidelines and regulations, your guest’s behaviour whilst staying at the resort, and any outstanding charges resulting from guest’s usage at the resort.

Credit Card fees: From 1 September 2016 payments made by credit card for any charges incurred during your stay at a Club Wyndham resort will incur a Credit Card Service Fee of 0.9% in addition to the total amount payable.

Smoking policy: This is a smoke-free property. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property.

Pets: Pets are not allowed at most Club Wyndham or Ramada by Wyndham properties.  Exceptions apply in the case of hearing, mobility and/or vision impaired guests, please advise at time of booking if this applies, or those staying in dog friendly designated units at designated resorts see here for more information.

Wi-Fi is available at the resort via a connection establishment page. This is currently free of charge.

General:

Does your reservation include an apartment move during your stay? The following guidelines apply:

  • Guest is responsible for packing own belongings.
  • Check out time for the first apartment is 12:00pm (noon).
  • Guest may be unable to check into next apartment until 4:00pm. Luggage can be left at Reception.
  • Reception staff are unable to modify bookings to avoid apartment moves. If you have any enquiries, please contact your Owner Services Team on 1300 850 160 (AU), 0800 850 160 (NZ), or 008 003 263 (FJ)

To make the most of the surrounding area, a car is recommended. Discounted car rental rates are available through Travel by Wyndham. Please call 1300 850 160.

Limited cots and highchairs are available at the resorts for use during your stay. Please ensure these are requested at the time of booking and we recommend contacting the resort 24-48 hours prior to  your check in to confirm your request.

Credit card payments relating to Fun Time, Bonus Time and One Time Credits bookings will incur a Credit Card Service Fee of 1.5%, in addition to the amount payable.
