Club Wyndham Flynns Beach

Our resort facilities are listed below and open from 7am to 9pm:

There may be some construction related noise due to kitchen refurbishments at Flynns Beach from 27th June – 31st August 2022 and we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

**New facilities have been added onsite as part of the development. The development includes a new café, gym, games area, kids’ pool, common area pavilions and car parking. The development included an additional 53 Garden Apartments to the resort, including Deluxe, Grand and Presidential Villas. Reception is open from 7:00am to 11:00pm, 7 days. We have a staff available onsite to answer phone calls. Please note: Our team that are on shift from 11pm – 7am don’t have access to our reservation system so all booking enquiries are encouraged to contact us during day hours. INTERNAL STAIRS: The 2 & 3 Bedroom Deluxe & Grand Garden apartments have an internal staircase and may not be suitable for those with mobility issues. All Garden room types, with the exception of Special Needs units, have 2 stairs leading to the front door.

• $1 credit card pre-authorisation or $100 cash for all Owners. All Rental Guests require a $100 deposit pre-authorisation
• There are no ocean view rooms at Club Wyndham Flynns Beach.
• 1, 2 & 3-Bedroom Special Needs Apartments have only 1 bathroom.
• Resort parking is strictly one car park per apartment within the resort.
• Shower: Studio and One Bedroom Apartments have shower over bath, which may not be suitable for those with mobility issues.
• There is a Cafe/Restaurant called Henry’s Restaurant and Bar close by that is great for a dining experience.
• Rollaway beds available on request for $25 per night – Must not exceed maximum occupancy
• Wireless Internet & Movies are available and payable to the resort. This service does incur additional fees and charges, contact Owner Services for more information regarding additional cost. Use of Wireless Internet is limited to five devices at any one time per Wireless Connection. Wireless Internet service is free for Lifestyle by Wyndham Bronze and above owners*. Use of In-Room movies is limited for Lifestyle Bronze and above owners based on tier level benefits. *Club Wyndham Managed Properties only.
• This resort holds Owner Events throughout the year, speak with your resort reception staff for times when checking in.

Smoking policy: Owners and/or guests are able smoke in the designated smoking areas or on their apartment balconies, if they have one. You cannot smoke in your room at any time and, when smoking on a balcony, the door must be closed – you will be liable for an additional cleaning fee if smoke affects the inside of the room. Please consider other club owners and guests and try to smoke in a way where there is minimal or no chance of affecting others. Thank you.
